I've only ever been to the drive thru here a few times, but I've always had great service. I assume Geo (I think I spelled that right 😬) is usually at the window in the mornings, and she has never gotten my large iced caramel and French vanilla latte, extra sweet with oat milk wrong. Every time I pull up to the window, she has the biggest, warmest smile that is so contagious and comforting. Even if I had to wait a little longer than usual, it's fine. She would smile and apologize, and I'd forget all about it. She is such a beautiful person. 😍 I usually go on my way to work so I never have time to go inside. After work, I'm sure she's already gone as well as the rest of the morning staff. But great spot!
Update:
I'm not sure if this is a normal procedure, but my last few visits to this location have me pulling to the side from the drive-thru and waiting longer for my order. Sometimes, I would get half of it and get told to pull over to the side and wait for my drink. It definitely doesn't appear busy and there's ample staff so I'm really not sure what the problem is but thus is the only drive through I've ever been to that does this and I don't like it.
Update: 8/18- i wanted to update this review because I actually had the time to actually go in the building and order... and I'm not happy about it. There's always the same guy at the register... older male who appears to be Indian (apologies), but he almost never gets the order right. If I pull up and see him at the register, then I'll pull into the drive-through right away. But the last time I went in, i noticed my favorite person (Geo) was back!!! And i should've asked the proper spelling of her name so I can address her properly as well as where she's been. She let me know that she read the review and was excited.
