McDonald's — Restaurant in Carver

They renovated but that wasn't enough to make your eating experience any faster nor have they resolved there issue with the quality of the product they are serving..still getting cold burgers and fries and after putting so much time, money and effort into improving the inside, it was a shame and really unexcusable to sit at a dirty table and the fountain drink area had trash all over the counter and dried up ketchup (so it was there awhile)..After bringing it to the "Manager's" attention he responded that it was"too busy"for him to have someone clean the area but appreciated my bringing it to his attention so I went in to see if my last visit was just them working out the bugs of the new system but nothing changed and once again the fountain drink area and counter was dirty and tables were needing a quick wipe down but it seems that making sure it's clean inside the dining area isn't a high priority in this McDonald's...I've had it and will never return and instead go out of my way to bring my business to there immediate competitor (where I've never had any problems) and I won't make the mistake and do business at any of the McDonald's this family owns and now find myself having to go 4 towns north or south of Kingston just to avoid giving my money to those franchised McDonalds and find an independent owner that's willing to make sure that repeat customers is what they are looking for and put quality and cleanliness as top priorities to ensure they do get...

So I live right up the street from you guys and it’s almost every other time we go there is always something wrong. I went here last night for dinner and they forgot to give me a medium sprite that came with my order. The staff were rude when I tried to ask for it and when I got home I realized that the Frappè I ordered was a medium… I ordered a large so they charged me more for it. When you call this branch they don’t have an active phone number to call, I have a feeling that they receive too many complaints that they disabled their phone so people couldn’t leave complaints. The time I ordered before they forgot 3 burgers in my order and I only ordered 5 burgers.. not all for me it was for me, my grandmother, my aunt, and my little brother.
