My mom made a reservation for 17 to celebrate a graduation. She made it more than 3 weeks ahead of time. To ensure that we would have the private room she called repeatedly in the weeks leading up to the party. At least 5 times. Including the day before to confirm that appetizers were pre-ordered and ready to go out as guests arrived. No issues were mentioned. My mom spent days building large decorations and displays specifically built for the layout of the private room. About 2 hours before the party is meant to take place and as we are loading the cars with the decorations she gets a call. An employee was calling to confirm that the owner reached out to us and to see if we were still coming because they double booked the private room. The owner never reached out personally and made one of her poor employees do it for her. The employee was clearly surprised and very apologetic. To say we were disappointed would be an understatement. People have flown in from across the country for this party, its been planned for weeks, and the decorations were designed for the room specifically. They offered us a different non-private space to try to accommodate us. As my poor mom was on the brink of tears after spending days building decorations and doing everything in her power to plan this party and make it perfect, myself and another family member head over to access the situation. When we arrive we are shown the alternative space and greeted by the owner who starts to apologize. Instead of owning up to the mistake, she threw her employees under the bus. Going as far as to call are soon to be server out by name and tell us they would be discussing the mistake afterwards. She then tells us that this space is actually better than the other one. It is a nice space but its dimly lit and not private. The decorations are primarily built around taking photos and this room has poor lighting for photos. The owner goes on to tell us that the private room normally is for parties of 25+ only or required a minimum party charge. Telling us it was a mistake that it was offered to us in the first place because of that. Something my mom knew about and offered to pay the charge if needed when she booked it. Digging herself a deeper hole she implies she is going to do us a favor by making us these absolutely amazing desert boards as a make good. Something she claims "they never do". Not only was she totally condescending and maostly dismissive of the mistake, but at the end of the night, when we were ready for dessert, they were out of half of the desserts so the "make good desserts" were just Tiramisu, canolis, and bread budding set on a charcuterie board and brought out. Nothing special at all and my mom who is gluten free couldn't even enjoy any of it because the flowerless cake was sold out and we did not get any cheesecake either which she can at least eat everything but the crust. What really irks me is that they waited until 2 hours before the party to tell us. That tells me one of two things. Either the owner and her management is totally incompetent and they really did not realize they doublebooked two large parties until 2 hours before. Which I refuse to believe is possible, or more likely, they knew they did it and chose to wait until 2 hours before so we had no other options except to conceed to their poor alternatives because we couldn't book anything else or cancel so last minute. Then the owner bs'd long enough to act like she did something before leaving for the night and forgetting the issue existed. I do want to add that Jordan (our server) was amazing. He was on top of things all night and really took care of us. He was apologetic and really did everything he could to help us salvage the night. I thank you. The food here is excellent. It's a place my family frequents. That's why I'm truly disappointed by how poorly the owner handled this situation. Literally telling us at one point that the other party was their priority. I can promise I personally will never give any money to this...
Read moreI recently had a disappointing experience at a restaurant that I felt compelled to share. I went there for dinner with my fiancée, mother, and our two young kids, ages 3 and 1. Initially, the dinner was fantastic; we were enjoying our time together and the food was great. However, after about an hour and 20 minutes, we were abruptly told we had to leave because of other reservations. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since I still had my drink left, and we had just paid our tab As we were leaving, we encountered a manager and inquired about the situation. To our shock, she responded by asking if we knew how to read English, which felt incredibly rude and unprofessional. I pulled up my reservation online and nowhere does it say there was a time limit. To make matters worse, as we walked through the bar to exit, she followed my mother and physically shoved her three times. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in any establishment, and it left a sour taste in what could have been a lovely evening.
We called the cops to make a report as the manager "lucy" (she told me this was her name) should never be able to touch a customer. Especially since we were not refusing to leave AND my kids were there to witness it all. In the car my son kept asking why the lady pushed my mom . This shouldn't be something I need to answer as it never should have happened. She tried telling the cops she did not have the "intent" to hurt but to get us out . Yet we were not even refusing to leave...only letting her know it was rude as we still had stuff that was unfinished that we paid for.
I understand that restaurants have to manage reservations, but there are respectful ways to handle these situations. Additionally, she left it up to the waiter to tell us we had to leave . I won't be returning, and I hope this feedback helps others make an informed decision.
And please , if you were in the bar / restaurant when this all happened , speak up on how wrong it was of her to push someone like that.

Read moreWow, we came here because our favorite band, 7th Heaven, was doing a show in the tent outside the restaurant. We had a party of 6 and we had table 901 with 3 separate checks. We arrived around 6:10 and our check ordered the baked Goat Cheese with Bread and sauce. It was fantastic. The cheese and bread with the sauce tasted so good. They had also brought us out bread with olives, olive oil, and grated cheese and these items were also so good especially the bread. We ordered a drink and a soft drink as beverages and my date loved her drink but was disappointed that Sangria was not available. No worries as she was happy with what she ended up ordering. Then just about 7 pm we ordered a lasagna dinner to share plus added on a side salad. Let me tell you that the greens and vegetables in the salad were so fresh and so on point. The rasberry vinegarette had a great taste. The lasagna came st about 8 pm and was freshly baked in the oven and was a very large portion and well worth the $20 price tag. I am from an Italian family that immigrated here from Bari in the early 1900's and my grandmother made everything from scratch including her sauce with tomatoes she picked and jarred and pasta that she made fresh with eggs and flour. This lasagna tasted like it was something that my grandmother handmade. It was incredible. We had leftovers so I took it home to my son and he said it was the very best he ever had. So my point is that if you are looking for fine, homemade, quality italian food and service, you need to go here. This place is an hour and 10 minutes from my home but I will be back with friends to enjoy a great authentic Italian meal. Our bill with tip and drinks was only $70. We did not have room for dessert but the desserts I saw being delivered to tables looked fantastic and I think I gained a pound or 2 just by looking at them. Quality, service, and great tasting food is what you will get when you visit 750°...
