Nothing less than five stars for this amazing ice cream parlor. For years Andia's has been providing the Raleigh area with amazing homemade treats. Their store welcomes you with an open atmosphere with their story starting from 1920s until today. I waited patiently in line while orders before me were taken. I checked out all the flavors and various options to combine them with from root beer floats, banana splits, to the simple one, two, or three scoops! I got the flight that was included with our deal and was tipped with a waffle. The flight included a small scoop of the Carolina cream, flamin hot, hokey pokey, munchies, Peary peachy, pandan, and the brookie.
The flamin hot surprised me so much as there are flaming hot cheetos sprinkled throughout it. I loved the green slime color and flavor of the Pandan. The nuts were soft and smooth and just made it so easy to eat.
I think my favorites were the munchies and the brookie. Both flavors melted together and made such an amazing combination of cookie dough, chocolate ice cream, chocolate covered fruits, and rice Krispy treats.
I definitely would come back to Andia's as their ice cream is soft, smooth, and creamy with just a hint of sugar sweetness. It does not make your teeth hurt like other ice cream does! Cannot wait to come back and get your mint chip. Thank you so much for doing...

Read moreIf you're lactose intolerant, run, don't walk to Andia's!! Who knew??? I didn't LOL. They offer an ice cream flight. It's 6 small scoops of your choice of flavors. They had 5 vegan flavors on offer, so I got all 5 of those and one regular flavor. They were ALL amazing!! My absolute favorite was an ube flavor...I really hope they add that to the permanent menu (please, I hope they read this). They had a mango sticky rice that was also fabulous with little pieces of sticky rice, so it was creamy and chewy, the award winning lemon blueberry was wonderful. They had two sorbets, both delicious, but not as special for those of us that basically have no choice but to eat sorbets. And the baklava real ice cream was great. If you're used to eating cardboardy oat milk ice creams... there's no comparison. I can't say enough good things. Oh, and no tummy problems at all!!! Thank you Andia's for putting the joy of "ice cream" back...
