If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! From the moment we sat down, Ashley made our entire dining experience unforgettable. She didn’t just serve us food—she created a warm, welcoming, and personalized environment that honestly made our night. I’ve dined at a lot of places, but never have I encountered a server quite like her. She is a true gem.
First of all, her energy was radiant. She greeted us with a genuine smile that didn’t feel rehearsed or forced—it felt like she was genuinely happy to see us and wanted us to have the best time possible. And that vibe carried through the entire meal. She struck that perfect balance of being attentive without hovering, friendly without being overbearing, and professional while still being incredibly down-to-earth.
Ashley knew the menu inside and out and had thoughtful, honest recommendations that ended up being spot-on. It was clear she actually cared about making sure we got something we’d love. When we asked questions, she answered them with enthusiasm and insight—and even added little tips (like which sauce paired best with the dish or how spicy something really was). She made us feel like we were VIPs.
Her timing? Impeccable. Our drinks were never empty, we never had to ask for refills, and every course came out with just the right pacing. You could tell she was managing several tables, but she never once made us feel like an afterthought. It’s honestly rare to see that level of poise and multitasking done so effortlessly.
But the thing that really stood out was her kindness. There was a moment when someone at our table had a small allergy concern, and Ashley took it very seriously, double-checked with the kitchen without hesitation, and even came back with extra information just to be sure. That kind of care and thoughtfulness is exactly what turns a good server into a great one.
By the end of the meal, we were already talking about how we hoped we’d get Ashley again the next time we came back. She elevated the entire experience and turned what could’ve just been a normal night out into something memorable. She’s funny, she’s smart, she’s attentive, and she’s got that rare ability to make you feel like you’re the only table in the room.
Ashley, if you ever see this—thank you. You were the highlight of our evening and absolutely the BEST waitress we’ve ever had.
We’ll be back—and we’ll be asking for...
Read moreDo not order the meat loaf. I repeat: DO NOT ORDER THE MEAT LOAF. My sister and I ordered the meat loaf a couple nights ago, which came with a baked potato and garlic green beans. The baked potato and green beans were delicious, but as soon as we took a bite of the meat loaf, we looked at each other with confused expressions. It did not taste like meatloaf. I’m not sure what it tasted like. Maybe char and Worcestershire sauce? It was disgusting. It almost had a fishy taste. The texture was also odd… it was mushy, like it hadn’t been fully cooked on the inside, but the outside was crisp (from the char). We tried putting ketchup on it to see if that would help, but it did not.
We told our waitress, Blue, that our meatloaf was not quite right and she went to get the manager. We wanted to let the manager know that the meatloaf wasn’t good but we enjoyed the green beans and potatoes, but he would not come out to talk to us. She tried multiple times to have him talk to us but he would not come out. I don’t think I’ve ever interacted with restaurant management who were so unprofessional. We really did not have any intention of getting mad or making a scene. It’s just that it’s a new menu, so we thought they’d want to know if customers didn’t like something so they could consider adjusting the menu, but I guess not. Eventually our meals minus the drinks were comped, even though we were very willing to pay for the sides too. We just didn’t want to pay for meatloaf that we physically could not eat.
All of that aside, Blue was a WONDERFUL server. She did everything she could to make our experience enjoyable. She deserves a raise for her patience and kindness. I’m giving service 5 stars because of Blue! But overall, because of the manager, I’m only giving 2 stars. His weird behavior left a sour taste in my mouth (granted it was probably...
Read moreThis place came highly recommended by family and friends, and I’m sorry to say the praise was very unwarranted. We arrived around 6pm and didn’t mind the short wait time to get a table . After some time we were sat behind a very large party with a clearly stretched thin server . We waited roughly 30 min just to get our drink order , to the hostess that actually sat us at our table . But since we had waited so long we went ahead and ordered our food with her as well . Appetizer and dinner , the standard side with the sandwiches and wraps was chips , and this evening we were told chips were unavailable and we could get fries for no up charge - that was a lie . It was added to our bill . We were told it came with a side of ranch . That was a lie it was extra and added 2 more dollars to the bill .
After we placed our order we sat and waited over an hour just for them to bring our food and it was not worth the wait . I myself got the Philly cheesesteak and there was more bread than meat on the sandwich . It was shameful . My girlfriend ordered a shrimp wrap and there was 2 pieces of shrimp and some kind of mystery meat . The rest of the sandwich was loaded with lettuce and cost more than the cheesesteak did . Already in a bad mood from the long wait times and abysmal food. We had to wait another 15 min for our waitress to even acknowledge us even after trying to wave them down and even stacking our plates at the end of the table hoping that would draw someone’s attention . Honestly one of the worst places I’ve eaten at in a long time . The bill came to 50 dollars after the extra stuff we told were included but at that point we didn’t want to argue we just paid and left . I would never recommend this...
