Subway — Restaurant in Cary

Came to subway yesterday. An asian kid was behind the counter. This guy all of a sudden says, “would you like to box with me for a free sandwich”, made a boxing gesture to me, and then proceeded to say “we dont condone violence over here” confidently. It left me in a shock and i snubbed him.

What kind of lunatic hires this subway is making here? Why are you hiring psychos? If this guy is saying that we dont condone violence over here, Is this something that the owner has given guidelines or turned a blind eye to? This was the weirdest experience that I have ever had. You come to eat a meal and some purposeless rando asks you to fight with them.

To this kid, give yourself 10 years, when your male hormones will subside, I would love to check with you if you still want to fight with random strangers and go bankrupt paying settlements.

Btw if the owner doesnt apologize for this, I am going to send the email up the subway mgmt chain. Lets see now how much would this rando cashier would like to box with future customers. This is a...

To the owner. Take a look at your camera for today 8.15 pm. The lady at your store was extremely disrespectful to me and my daughter. I asked for 3 turkey sandwich’s and one supreme. She made me the supreme and 2 turkey sandwich’s. I kindly asked her again to make me one more as I asked for 3 turkey sandwiches. She misunderstood me and made 3 additional turkey sandwiches. I told the lady I just needed one more because she already made me 2 I just needed one more. She got mad and started to act out slamming food in the bag and shaved the sandwiches in the bag and pushed it towards me. The Asian dude was cool and was respectful. This is not the way to treat your customers.

Every time I visit your subway I spend over 60$. The owner is really cool I met him on Saturday when I picked up food for my family.

Drive the extra time to go to the next one. We walked in at 8:30pm, they close at 9pm. They were already mopping the floors. As soon as we walked in the 1st woman told the lady mopping to turn the open light off. I then ask “are you closed? We can go somewhere else?” She said no you will be the last. She made the sandwiches horribly as well as the lady mopping went right over our feet. Then we went to use a coupon that we have used at this specific location multiple times with the exact sandwiches no problem before yet she had reasons we could not use to it. Instead of arguing we just paid and left. They made it seem like we were an inconvenience when they were still open for another 30 minutes.
