Dell's Pizza And Sports Bar — Restaurant in Casa Grande

JB and I visited this establishment today. I witnessed everything, sadly, he is having me share here on his behalf.

Once upon a time Dell's was family friendly and civil to its paying customers. JB dished out $3.80 for a medium sized drink, which some may consider reasonable. But what really irked him was when we sat down, JB having purchased a drink, and yet, we potential repeat customers were chased away... because we didn't order a pizza along with it! What was even more shocking is that we were surrounded by several unoccupied tables! It wasn't for lack of room. Why on earth would Dell's have a problem with paying customers, who planned to sit down for a few moments for a drink??? Doesn't a drink come under the "other" and "$1-$10" options, included in survey selections below? JB was naturally upset, [Who wouldn't be?] and said he was going to report Dell's to the BBB! Wouldn't anyone with a comparable experience rightly do the same?? And get this folks. BAD NEWS TRAVELS FAST. JB was not a happy camper!

That said, there may be a way for Dell's to save grace before the community! Not all may be lost! Dell's may actually express remorse and compensate for their iniquities by offering a repeat experience to us, this time in a rightfully civil manner, such as with a meal - on them. This would reciprocate things fairly, and be better than any alternative action. And folks, JB knows you're all reading this, and will apprise you through me of the finale of this unpleasant saga, ideally soon. There may be a light at the end of this dreary...

My boyfriend and I we’re looking for A good place to eat wings and watch the game we could’ve simply watch the game at home but we wanted to go out and try a new place out. I picked here because I saw the reviews and I must say I won’t be coming back here ever again. Not sure how they have good ratings but I guess they gone at a good day. I called ahead of time to make an arrangement of seven a lady named Amanda had reserved our table for us but while on the phone I could hardly hear her and she was pretty much yelling through the phone because she couldn’t hear me and almost hung up. By the time we got there I just had a vibe where the ladies at the front we’re telling us in a rude way your seats are in the back. And didn’t even greet. There were also only six chairs when we had told them a party for seven. Our waitress was really rude as well when we started ordering things we asked about the size of the pizza etc. etc. the lady didn’t even give us menus till after we asked the whole time it took her forever just to get back to us with our food and drinks. I am also currently pregnant and when I asked where the restroom was I couldn’t believe there was only one restroom stall in there and no toilet paper or paper towels!!! I don’t know I just had a horrible experience there my boyfriend and I try to still have a good time and we still even manage to tip the waitress even though she was really rude. She seemed lazy and cocky So yeah I won’t be coming...

Fifteen of us went to Dels for a special occasion and had reservations. The two tables were about 3 feet apart so we started to push the two tables together. An older white woman began to SCREAM at us not to move the tables. According to our waiter, she was the owner! The entire place stopped and stared as she berated us for moving her tables. She SCREAMED that there were signs everywhere and if they wanted the tables put together, they would have put them together. We were able to eventually locate 2 small yellow signs stating not to move the tables. The one nearest us was all crinkled up so no wonder we never saw it. None of us has ever been treated so rudely. We liked their pizza but will never go back. After we we're done eating, my husband approached her quietly to tell her how disappointed we were in how we were treated. She immediately began to SCREAM again at him and told him to get "the hell out" if he didn't like it. Well she got her wish. None of us will ever go back there again. All of us are locals, not snowbirds. No customers deserve to be treated the way she treated us. She needs to retire or find a business that doesn't deal with the public because she is one nasty old biddy! This was our favorite pizza place to take out of town guests but no one deserves to be treated that way. Go to Boston's. They have...
