Edit: Whelp. A JiB manager reached out and expressed concern about the last review. She swore that the site manager had been contacted and that the staff had been spoken to... Ordered 3 sandwiches with combo's tonight. It took 20 minutes to get my food and the restaurant was not busy. (I pick up my own food.) I got home and the fries were room temperature. They got 2 of the sandwiches wrong. (but I didn't catch the 2nd sandwich before hauling the first one back to the restaurant.) And then they messed up the replacement sandwich for the one they messed up. It should have been a Double Jack with cheese. Only ketchup and onions. They had it in writing. And even with a printed hardcopy of the order... Faceplant. I spent so much time dealing with the food they got wrong that the food they got right was cold and nasty. So. I don't know what they said to the staff, but it didn't work. I ended up getting Rally's to replace the cold and nasty food that waited at home for me. Half the time. Correct out of the bag. Warm when i got it home Comparably priced. It is an additional 3 minutes further down the road. But given that I spent an hour dealing with JiB flavored incompetence tonight, that mileage might have been a prudent investment. I'd be better served to make the longer trip. I guess I'll ask Santa for JiB to swap locations with Rally's for Xmas. Until then, Stars get removed from JiB and given to Rally's Along with my $$$ Original Review starts here: The morning crew is on point. Very few errors and fairly zippy. The evening crew? Lordy... Talk about day and night. I order through the app. So, there is a punch list of everything that should be in the bag. And every single time I order from this location outside of breakfast, they screw it up. Missing food Wrong food Missing condiments Half orders Cold food Long wait times I obviously like the brand. I obviously eat there a fair bit. I'd obviously love it if they could get their crap together and do their job correctly. I have to go into the restaurant, open up every item and make sure it is correct and complete. Last time around, I stood for no less than 5 minutes at the counter before someone bothered to acknowledge my existence. Andnthen i had to wait another 5+ minutes before my food was ready. This was in addition to the 5 minutes it took to drive to the location from home after I ordered the food. So, with 15 minutes to make 2x burgers, 2x large fries, 2x tacos and 2x drinks, you would hope that they could get it right. They missed the condiments and substituted a regular coke for the diet coke that was ordered. I caught the condiments during inspection. I didn't catch the Coke, so that went down the drain. (Don't forget how proud they are regarding the cost of beverages.) And, I watched people that were ordering food at the drive-through leave with their food before the staff acknowledged my existence... Do Better or just shut down. If I got to charge back for the labor that I have to spend to make sure that the job I paid them to do was performed correctly, they would have to pay me for eating there.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I found a COCKROACH in my breakfast burrito. I’m absolutely DISGUSTED! Not to mention the horrible unfriendly attitudes they always have. I always ignore it, but that and now THIS, bugs in my food!?

ordered through the window and as the girl at the window put my order together I saw one of the guys working in the kitchen come up to her with a confused look on his face and seemed to tell her not to give that order out, she walked to the window with the bag then back to him then back to the window and handed me the bag, I thought maybe he thought she had the wrong order but nah. If I could leave zero stars I would. I found a COCKROACH in my breakfast burrito. I’m absolutely DISGUSTED! Not to mention the horrible unfriendly attitudes they always have. I always ignore it, but that and now THIS, bugs in my food!?

So. I don't know what they said to the staff, but it didn't work.

I ended up getting Rally's to replace the cold and nasty food that waited at home for me.

This Jack in The Box is normally decent, however this last visit was less than favorable. My buddy and I were the only customers in the store, and it took over seven minutes for someone to finally acknowledge our presence. The lady that took our order messed up the order, nearly got everything wrong. After spending the extra time getting the order corrected, we got our "fast" food about fourteen minutes later. All we ordered was eight tacos a ten piece chicken nugget, and two junior bacon cheese burgers as well as two drinks (which we fill ourselves). The tacos were so over cooked that there was no "meat" or cheese left the lettuce was absolutely gross... So we had to get those replaced (yet again), the next batch was fine. When we went to get our drinks, the coke flavor machine (the one you can customize your drink with) was so gross - it appeared as if it hadn't been cleaned on weeks. The soda tasted disgustingly flat/off, I don't know how to describe it. Even the water had a nasty taste to it, and came out tinted brown. We watched another customer wipe or scrub the snot out of her nose, and proceed to wipe it all over the counter.. I informed the same employee who took our order, she said "okay, we'll get it cleaned up right away". We were there another ten or so minutes, and they never came out to clean it - mean while other customers had use the same surface that was contaminated by the one customer.. The other Jack in the Box in town is a bit further, but I i would much rather go out of my way, than to return to this one anytime soon. Best of luck to all of you who dare to eat here. Hopefully they'll get some employee training implemented, and the place will be cleaner - as well as more efficient. Thank you...

My family and I, which are 4 of us in total, bought 4 chicken sandwiches, 2 tacos, a popcorn chicken box, 1 curly fry, 1 onion rings, 2 sodas, and 1 breakfast item (which im not sure what it was exactly that my husband got of the breakfast item).... well, we all got food poisoning today.... 4 hours later after eating, 2 of us got sick, another 2 hours later mt husband and I got sick right after. The food tasted very old and also was soaked in oil that was also VERY dark and rancid tasting and smelling. EVERYTHING tasted like this, the main food items, the side of fries, onion rings, the break, chicken, literally everything tasted old as if it were left out and they tried to re heat our order which would explain the excess amount of oil dripping. The sad part was that we almost didnt eat half of our meal, most of us ate about half before calling it quits, it was NOT edible.... we ended up throwing away everything and we all still got food poisoning. The two drinks that came with our order was flavorless as well, like they forgot to maintain the soda dispensers as well. We just dumped the drinks as well since we dont even know if their ice machine is being cleaned and maintained either. Suffering a major headache as well as I'm sick witj food poisoning while typing this review out. This is not ok to be serving to the public, someone is going to be killed by serious illness due to food...
