Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Casa Grande

Stopped by to try the new Ribeye Steak Burger since we are fans of that cut of meat, but were let down by the service, presentation, and quality of the product at this location. It started with the fact that I asked to have the blue cheese not put on one of our burgers, since it comes with it on and my wife doesn’t care for it. They said no problem, we can remove it. Then the burgers are presented as having lettuce and tomato on them at the drive through board pictures - making them look nice and juicy and delicious of course.

So how did the burgers show up, after being asked to pull forward away from the pickup window an additional 10 minutes to wait for the order you ask? Well, for two dried out, substandard pieces of beef patties slapped between a couple three-day old buns - without lettuce and tomato, both burgers with blue cheese still on and an order of small and medium fries we walked out for $20.78 with the worst order from Jack in the Box I can recall in my lifetime.

It amazes me that people working in these establishments producing these types of products and service are trying to push for $15/hr...

Whoever cooked my burgers needs to be commended. 🏆👍🏻 The burgers and salad were perfect and they looked just like the ones in the photos. Whoever cooked and neatly wrapped the burgers did a great job and you can see that they really care about the quality of their work. (This is in stark contrast with the squashed, sad-looking hamburger I got from McDonald's a few days ago, which looked like someone had stepped on it 😅).

The Double Jack I ordered had fresh veggies, two juicy thoroughly cooked meat patties, fluffy buns, was nicely put together, and they got my customized online burger orders correct! (unlike Wendy's, which has been very disappointing in quality of food lately and they've consistently gotten my online orders wrong for customized burgers and salads, which I pick up in the drive thru).

Thank you also to the night worker with the headphones, a Hispanic man, who brought my food out so I didn't have to wait. I appreciate the good food and courteous, high-quality service, and that my food was nicely wrapped and packed instead of just...

My name is Sarah. This is my husband Tim's profile picture. This little Jack in the box looks a little run down on the outside. But don't be fooled by their appearance. Every time I go here, I am treated as a treasured customer. They make me feel loved and they make me want to come back. I have 6 kids and I'm pregnant. It is so hot out here and purchasing that many drinks limits my food budget. So I'm always asking for waters. But whether I spend $30 or $0 dollars, they always serve with a smile. Sometimes they even give me a large! Other places look down on that many free waters. But this Jack in the Box looks at it like they are helping a family. I know they are no charity. And we like their food! It always tastes fresh and hot. So when we can afford it we treat our kids to Jack in the Box and fill their tummies. Don't change! Ps. The people that work here are of different races and they all seem to work well together. There is no discrimination. It's so nice to not have a hint of that awkwardness.
