Horrible customer service!!!!!!!!! I’ve been trying to get in touch with the manager for 2 days over an incident that happened at closing time with my five year old grandson. I’ve been told that that he would be in later. I’ve been told t there isn’t one. I’ve been told that he’s out of town and nobody can help me because nobody is in charge . I’ve called several times and been given several different answers. I want to try to keep my money in the hands of small businesses, keep it local but this is ridiculous ! Update: After this being my favorite water, I stopped going because the outside machines kept stealing my quarters, but I TRIED THEM AGAIN (JUL 2025) and THE MACHINES ARE FIXED WITH A NEW DOLLAR BILL SLOT AND IT NO LONGER STOLE MY MONEY!
