I wish there was a 10 star option for this review…our entire experience could not have been better! We were greeted by Elizabeth S. In the framing department with a welcoming smile and enthusiasm to make our project turn out as close to perfect as possible. Our drawing that we were framing was done by an incarcerated artist. She was so complimentary of his work and was not a bit judgmental of the artist…She found a great frame that complicated the background sketching pattern of the drawing, and the matting was perfect! It was supposed to take 2 weeks but Elizabeth called us and was so excited for us to see the finished piece 6 days early! Thank you Elizabeth for the special person you are and the wonderful experience you were totally responsible for providing!! I was in this location 6/14 seems as corporate employees were there. 2 women were at the front and told us to a lady at register and said she is open. Then the lady said to cashier hurry hurry hurry as she is walking into her booth. We proceed to stand there for 5 min as the cashier is counting her register before opening. Then I see the same thing happen to another lady who just got to her register. Same thing these WOMEN TOLD customers to go to lanes that were not open. While there was a lane actually open and ready. Causing cashiers to rush there country and make them feel rushed and not giving there staff grace. Then making customers feel awkward and feel bad for customers I advised to one of the corporate ladies to have more care and respect for...

Really like this Hobby Lobby. However this last time was a very "unique" and "unusual" experience. Went to look around the store and was planning to purchase some things then my sibling had to use the restroom. So we went there. I was waiting outside of the restroom for them. Got tired of standing so I just sat on the floor just for a couple of minutes. A male employee approached me and asked me if I was okay. I replied, "yes I am sir." Then he said I look crazy... Just for sitting on the floor...I left and didn't get to purchase my items because everything felt so awkward after. Also, I can always come back ANY day Honestly it made me feel weird but at least I got a "unforgettable" experience that I can laugh at from time to time when I do...
