Worst customer service. After multiple calls and confirmation of scheduled mobile vet visit we got everything setup and scheduled time off work took all 5 dogs 3 puppies and mom plus dad walked in the door and they acted like it was our fault we had the wrong day ! We even told the cashier we confirmed yesterday afternoon to be here at 1pm she’s got all sassy mouthed and pointed her finger said there’s the manager go tell her. All we wanted to know is why when we called to confirm literally yesterday she didn’t say anything about not coming tomorrow. And to be treated like we are stupid ! Now we need to drive back home another 30 min just to try and do it again next week. I recommend you double check and get peoples names who you speak to especially if you’re verifying anything over the phone because they just don’t seem like they know what they’re doing. After we called and spoke with the vet, he specifically said Cal Ranch employees are supposed to give is his phone number so that we can speak with him directly and again they failed to do that as well so it’s just a frustrating ordeal. It protects the right for Americans to possess weapons for the protection of themselves, their rights, and their property. I did the NICS background check. If the ATF doesn't get back to the FFL within 3 business days they are supposed to release the firearm. CAL Ranch policy won't do that. I have passed 2 NICS background checks at TombStone Tactical in Phoenix with no issue. I feel I'm being discriminated against because I've called CAL Ranch a few times to inquire if I can pickup my gun and they have said "no" and I haven't been the most nicest customer. The manager, Assia, told me if I get my CWP, which I'd have to pay them money for, than I don't have to go through the NICS background check but I REFUSE to give any money to an establishment that has treated me horribly and is breaking the law. Read moreI went in to purchase work boots for my husband; they did not have his size (in fact, they lacked a good range of sizes!). I asked to order the boot; I spoke directly with the manager. She assured me that the size I was looking for, in that exact boot, was on a shipment that would be in by Thursday of that week (I was there on a Monday). Called the following Monday after not receiving a call as promised; they had no idea when that shipment would be in... so I asked to special order and was told NO since it was on order for their inventory. By Thursday, a week after it was supposed to have been in, I called again. The store was doing inventory and could not give me the boot until it had been scanned into their system... WOW!
