Jesus was a wonderful sales person and directed us to exactly what we were looking for. He informed us when to expect the item available for pickup from the store (the following Friday after 10 am), that someone would be available to help me get it into the car, and that we would get a confirmation call the night before. We did not get a confirmation call and when I called the number on the receipt this morning, I waited for ten minutes to speak with a person as none of the menu driven options were related to my question. When a person got online, they indicated that sometimes the confirmation calls don't get out and apologized, but was able confirm the item was at the store and my window to pick up was 2-6. Shortly after I hung up, I received a call from someone at the store that my item was available to pick up anytime before six. Assuming someone would be there to help me get it into the car as Jesus had said there would be, I went without my husband. A sales associate met me at the back door and informed me that she wasn't allowed, due to insurance reasons, to help me get the item into my car. While I struggled to fit it into the car, she informed me that the employee that did that task had just quit, they were interviewing someone that afternoon, another customer dislocated his shoulder trying to get his sofa loaded onto his truck by himself and repeatedly told me how sorry she was and wished she could help me. Read moreI came to Mor furniture store with the intentions of looking at their Mattress selections. Upon entering the store I gravitated towards the most expensive beds before being approached by a salesman named Jesus.
I explained to Jesus I needed a new mattress as the one I currently have sinks in , and my back is paying the price.
Jesus asked me what features I was looking for in a mattress, and I advised him I wanted a hybrid bed that was cooling. Not to firm or too plush because of my previous back injury.
Jesus immediately took me to a bed he personally owns which was a Mor Hybrid Cool 12inch mattress. He asked me to lay down and see how it feels, then excused himself so I could experience the bed.
Long story short this was the exact bed I needed! Jesus listened to my wants and provided a bed that was extremely affordable but of top notch quality. His blend of personality and professionalism along with the knowledge of his products makes him a standout salesperson whom I will gladly shop with again.
Jesus understood the assignment!
He listened to what I wanted, and provided options on what I may need. He didn’t attempt to upsell me on the top dollar money making mattresses nor did he try to put a spin on why I would need an expensive mattress. He came across authentic and put my needs before his possible commission dollars.

Read moreWe were shopping for a power recliner on Black Friday, the sales man was impressing to us that before 11:00 the sales tax would also be waived as an extra savings. We decided and started the purchase, then it came out the sales tax waiver is only on $999 and above our chair was only $995. He “thought” we were buying two chairs, we never said we were so the tax would not be waived. When the chair arrived we went to pick it up, went to the pick up door and noticed damage to the box. We asked to open the box to inspect for damage, the gentleman there to help load said he could not help us inspect and wouldn’t even offer a box cutter to open box.. Then a gal came back and told use we had to move our vehicle for another customer, and said it with attitude, not very nice.. We explained we needed a few minutes to inspect before we load it she again said we need to move for another customer. We loaded up and took it home, all was OK but had it been damaged we would have had to load up and return it ourselves, an inconvenience to say the least..Overall we were disappointed with the whole buying and pick-up experience.
