I placed an order, with the Florence location and thought it would be ready by 10pm. After I placed the order, online, I realized it was placed for 10am the next day. I called to cancel my order, but was hung up on. I called again, and was hung up on again. So I drove there, to cancel my order. When I pulled in the parking lot, an employee (a young kid) was handing an order to another customer in the parking lot. I got off and was about to walk into the restaurant, when he said the store is closed, we're only taking orders through the drive-thru. I said I'm not here to order, I just need to talk to the someone to cancel my order. He repeated himself and walked away, while I was talking, went inside and locked the door. I then went through the drive-thru, and was told by another employee, assuming the manager, and he told me we're not taking any more orders and to come back tomorrow. I explained I placed an order online and just wanted to cancel it. He argued with me, saying they're is no order and that I placed it with the other location. I told him no it was here, after going back and forth he asked me my name. After that, he found my order and said it's not till tomorrow. I said I know, I just want to cancel it. He asked so do you still want it? I said yes but I realize you're getting ready to close, so I just want to cancel it. He would not let me explain and we kept going back and forth. He kept asking me if I want it, I just said yes I want it. I then said hey, I called twice to cancel and got hung up on twice, he said oh, apologized and walked off. I pulled in front and parked, to wait on the pizza. When the young kid walked out with my order, I got off the car and tried to explain that all I wanted was to cancel my order, he got stupid with me and walked off, went inside a locked the door. This location is the only one I've ever had issues with, but it's closer than the other location. I don't understand the disrespect or lack of customer service, but I'm done with this location. I hope the Trekell location...
Read moreI bought a hot and ready. I gave it to my kids in the car went into the gas station to get drinks. When I came back out to the car to take a bite of the pizza realize the whole pizza was burned and the crust was hard as a rock. And then I took the pizza back in the store. The black manager would not give me a refund because one of the pieces of pizza was Halfway Gone. Not the whole pizza was Halfway Gone just one slice of pizza with almost gone to the crust. I asked him to just please replace it with a pizza that's not burnt so I can enjoy the crust and he would not do it. He kept telling me he wasn't going to refund a pizza when the whole thing was gone and in all actuality only one slice with eating to the crust
Not even about the pizza. The manager was ride af and the whole pizza was burnt bad.

I was on hold for 13 minutes to walk in to and empty place standing there for almost 10 minutes before someone came to the front then I seen a worker in the back talking on the phone and the worker who came to take my order was very rude and just cause she misunderstood what I said she repeated herself with an attitude saying “yes I heard you what else?” After she had just asked me what I said and I was repeating it. Why ask what I said if she heard and she’s being rude to top it off it looked like she was a manager herself. Although the service didn’t take too long I waited about 17 minutes there was no need for bad customer service or to have an attitude and this isn’t the first time my husband also came here waiting almost 40 minutes for two regular pizzas and was treated horribly here. It definitely is the last time we will be coming to this location driving further is worth it...
