Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Casa Grande

Dutch bros in small towns are always the best. Their drinks are always on point and consistent. This is an every Monday morning stop on our way to work. The service at this location has been great. Not what you'd expect from dutch because they are usually so busy. Other coffee ( those we will not name and no longer visiting) places get an attitude when they get busy, and i am happy to say the people at this location are smiling and helpful. They usually have employees who are more outgoing, bubbly, and talkative to their customers. I gave them four stars because they are pretty thorough on their orders, and they are nice. Atmosphere is what you make it, we do the walk up so it's usually nice and cool. Great coffee, guys thank you for our Monday wake-up and fuel for the day. I recommend the nutty Irishman freeze with a soft top. 🤤🤤 My current obsession is espresso, so I do the create your own, and I do a hazelnut sweet cream with oatmilk and a soft top. I also tried a wrap this morning, and it was so good. Delicious 😋, have a wonderful day. And dutch bros, thank you for keeping DEI. I still recommend this spot for a quick drink pick up. The staff is still great with their friendly service. I did try one of their breakfast sandwiches today and it is more like a snack. It was delicious though I wish it had been slightly bigger because I woke up starving this morning. I enjoy Dutch Bros coffee drinks very much. Thier coffees are rich, bold and smooth. If you find the other guys coffee ( you know, those guys from Seattle) a bit bitter (or some say "burnt" tasting) due to the deep roasting of their beans you will enjoy Dutch Bros. It took me a few visits to get used to a new way of ordering and learn the menu as they have their own custom drink recipes and names for their menu items which are different than "the other guys" but once I learned a few that were to my liking I had no issues. There is no indoor seating at these locations so your voices are drive through or walk up window service. The location I frequent is ALWAYS busy but they do a very good job at order taking while you are in line at the drive thru versus having to wait until you reach a sign and speaker, do that when you reach the window you have ordered, paid and drinks have always been ready. Never have had to wait! When the drive thru is extremely busy I opt to walk up to the window which works very well too. This option cuts out the long line in the drive thru during peak hours. There is an honorable mention menu item which I must mention... Their Peach Smoothie! Absolutely the best I have ever had. UPDATE: Since my last visit to this Dutch Bros I feel it fair to make note of positive improvements when RE-VISITING...After a terrible experience 6 months ago I decided to return to this Dutch Bros and give it another try and let me say I was pleasantly surprised at the great customer service and overall experience! From the order taker to the window service EVERYONE was Friendly, Courteous and Professional! I met one of the managers Shian (sp) who seems to care about this store and the customers, she is definitely a much needed improvement here along with the staff of course! UPDATE: My my how things have declined at this location after 5 years... My drink order is always wrong, horrible customer service, and the lack of any leadership or management at this location is the reason I will continue to drive to the Gilbert or Queen Creek location. I TRIED to give this location a try again and it has only gotten worse IMO. :(
