It's loud. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful experience - this is not your place. If on the other hand you enjoy a loud din while you eat, look no further!! From the staff screaming and singing Happy Birthday to patrons and assuring the entire dining room knows what's happening (hey corporate - do your staff a favor and send them to classes to understand how to safely project their voices cause that's not how it's currently being done) to the pounding of meat being tenderized to the table configuration changes to fit as many as you can during peak times, it's not easy to hear your own thoughts. While the essence of a Road House can be loud and raucous, in this case it was a bit much.

The food however was very good, and the service was excellent. We joined the wait list via the TRH app so the wait was as expected. There was one team member standing in the way of patrons at the hostess station however who was not able to be helpful and seemed to be bothered by everyone's presence and was even more annoyed when asked a question. Her true role is a mystery and the fact that a manager would allow a team member with a permanent dour look (which is quite ironic considering the I Love My Job shirts that everyone must wear) (Hey corporate...why would you do that to your staff? Should they have a minimum of 14 pieces of flair too??) was an interesting choice.

In summary - excepting the cranky girl at the hostess station service was wonderful and the food was great. Come prepared for the atmosphere because that's how they do at the...
