This is the most ridiculous burger King I have ever had the displeasure of going to not only are they always rude The manager is always disrespectful cut you off in the middle of speaking and 8 out of ten times give or make your order incorrect when you come in and tell them your missing an item they have the Audacity to act like you are lying out of a large order. You think I have the time to come in here and tell you I am missing one Burger, Seriously and not be telling you the truth Only reason I didn't turn around and come right back is because I had an appointment to get to Not only did you not give me the other burgers that I ordered correctly. I only ask you for the one Burger. I am missing if I wanted to be petty. I would tell you I wanted you to refund me for the 2 double cheeseburgers that I got as single cheeseburgers and for the one i was double that I never even received. Instead, I ask you to just remake me. One double cheeseburger that I am missing. And you are rude and disrespectful. Not only am I showing you my receipt. But you go and walk over to the woman that handed me the incorrect order and ask her. If everything was in the bag as if I am lying to you. You have got to be kidding. I will never eat here again. Read moreThe absolute worst Burger King we've ever visited. Waited 20 minutes for a soft cone and small coffee. Then the man in charge at the time began making the coffee. When I complained, he offered to give me a large rather than the small I ordered. We walked out without waiting for our refund because we were so angry and frustrated. Besides, it probably would have taken at least 5 or 10 minutes for the $2.17 refund. Outside my wife spoke to the middle-aged "manager" who had been sitting on a bench playing a game or something on his smart phone the entire time we were in the store. He barely acknowledged my wife when she respectfully complained to him, so he asked if she wanted a refund. During this encounter, he didn't bother to rise from his sitting position and barely looked up at her. She declined the insincere offer, and he continued to play with his phone. I would guess the poor performance of the staff inside the store was partially a result of not being trained properly by this manager and/or others supposedly in charge of this Burger King. Read moreI ordered food was asked to pull forward and she would bring the food out. I waited for 25 minutes then I went in. Young man @the counter asked if he could help me. I said yes and told him I was asked by the young lady making drinks to pull forward and she would bring my food out. He went over and asked her and she said oh, yeah...I forgot. The young man asked for the receipt because they had to make it. I asked for the money back. He asked me to give him the change she gave me at the window. I said sorry, I left my purse in the car. He wanted me to go get it. I asked couldn't he just give me the money back based upon the receipt. He said it would be easier if I would just give him the change.
