JCPenney — Local services in Casa Grande

First we walked in the lady handed us a $10.00 off card. We get over to the mens pants start looking this table of Levi's says buy one get the second for a .01. This other customer questions it and the guy pulls the sign off. Said no not this table of pants. So we had 2 arizona pants and 5 Levi's. They said over the intercom that you would get 40 % off if you open a account so thats what my husband did. The rude lady at the check out said no you cant. Its only 20 % and we cant use the coupon because you bought all levi I said no I got arizona pants too. They shouldnt use the intercom saying that when they cant do it on Levis. Next thing I had 3 pants new tags still on them just wanted to exchange for the right size the lady said no I will only give you 7 dollars each. Funny thing she made it out like I stole them. Wrong thing there to say to us. We spend about $ 500 or more on my husbands work pants. So guess what I will never shop in this store again. I went to the one on Ray rd right after this to get more pants and exchange the 3 wrong pair and their cashiers were happy to help us out. The store and staff was great, my problem is with the home delivery service and buying furniture, the purchase at the store was great, the two ladies that helped was terrific, when it was time to get my mattress delivered the 3rd party doing the delivery first told me they would work with me on timelines, because I needed a later delivery time, they stated they would work with me. The day before the delivery they called and told me they would deliver it between 9am-1pm, I told the lady that wouldn't work as I would be at work and needed a later time, she said they only deliver between those hours in my area, so I told her to cancel the delivery at this point. The next day I started calling that company and JCPenney.com and I just got the run around, JCPenney.com asked if I wanted to just cancel my order, I said no I wanted my product so they told me the 3rd party would call back this week to set up a different delivery date. Loved the shopping. This review for the hair salon - I went there for perm and before the perm, I shared with the hairstylist that I have bleached about 3 months ago and colored my hair almost every 2 months to cover my gray. She did not do a test strand before proceeding to the perm and basically fried my whole long hair. So I have no choice to but to ask her o trim off a couple of inch of the fried hair and she chopped my hair to like a Bob hairdo.
