6-8-18 Ordered a large "lots of meat" pizza. Don't recall what they called it. Added olives and mushrooms. With tax it was just over $23.00. The toppings were very good. The problem was with the crust. We ordered a thin crust and they provided that. The problem was that it was so under cooked that the crust had no rigidity at all. It was impossible to pick it up without all the toppings falling off. Very disappointing! They should offer paper plates and forks with their version of thin crust. Again, the toppings were very good. The other problem I have with Reo's is that they don't deliver. That cost them a star. The wilted crust cost them the other. Having said all of that, I would order the exact same thing again but would make sure I have plates, knives and forks...
Read moreI started calling at 7 p.m. a female answer the phone and asked if I could hold. I said sure. 12 minutes later and after hearing numerous conversations of employees helping others in the establishment, I realized that she had forgotten me. So, I hung up and called back numerous times over 1.5 hours just trying to order a pizza only to get a busy signal. So we decided to drive into town and let them know what was going on and employees could have cared less. They had no clue that their phone was busy because they left me on hold for over an hour and a half and when we brought it to their attention they said oops sorry about that. OMG! Really poor...
Read moreGreat experience! Great service! Communicating the expected wait time prior to me ordering. Helpful with my ordering, answered questions with patience and smiles! Showed me the salad bar and encouraged me to ask if I needed a refill on any items. Back of the house staff was also eager to please, asking patrons if they were enjoying their food and if everything came out correctly. Service and food were great! I definitely will return. AND they were open when all other restaurants were closed; so it was a pleasant surprise! I had the Bluebird personal pizza and it was fantastic; the subtle twist of blue cheese sauce...
