Dairy Queen Store — Restaurant in Caseville

The food and ice cream is good. We always stop here after our visit to Caseville and the surrounding area. Today we got 2 blizzards and I asked the cashier how much it would be for extra toppings. She said 80¢ each. Our friend asked for extra as well after she paid, so I asked them to throw it on our bill. I assumed $2.40. I was charged $22 for this and I knew something wasn’t right. I asked for the receipt and brought it to the staff’s attention. They charged me for 12 additional toppings, $10 extra. Almost as much as the blizzards themselves! They said they charged for each individual additional topping per blizzard. No matter how you do that math it does not seem to add up. They just shrugged their shoulders at me and said “sorry guess we should’ve explained that better.” Makes me second guess wanting...

I'm surprised they are still in business. Every single time I go there, they manage to mess something up of mine. I used to work at a Dairy for over 3 years, so I know how product and service is supposed to be. They always give me the 5" sundae spoon for my blizzards and they always make me the wrong blizzard or never put enough product in or they make it completely wrong. Not very happy with the service tonight. We ordered 5 blizzards and they managed to mess up 2 of them. When asked to remake them they acted like we were crazy cause they were sure they were correct. They did however remake one, and I'm sorry but it wasn't very impressive. I asked for a cheesecake and Oreo blizzard and basically got a cup of blended ice cream.
