McDonald's — Restaurant in Casey

I’m not sure how this McDonalds has such a low rating. I stopped here after driving 8 hours on my way to Philadelphia where there’s a million McDonalds and they all suck - bc of the ppl McDonald food is McDonald food wherever you go! But the ppl here wow, I stopped here at 11:50 on a Saturday and nothing but professional and pleasant ppl. Mind you they close at 12! They took my order without an issue super pleasant and accommodating my coupon on the app wouldn’t work and yet still made it happen. I asked for everything without salt fry’s and meats and boooom they made it happen and again not a single display of annoyance or frustration due to the 10 mins b4 closing special order! I’m impressed and I can only say it’s bc of Nick and Jami, the owners! They must be good ppl bc the folks that are working tonight is worth their weight! Possibly the best McDonalds experience in my life and again I’m from Philly and I worked at McDonalds in high school and my uncle is a GM til this day! Trust me I know McDonald’s and I’m honored to write my 1st review for McDonalds and it’s well worth it. Thx Nick! Thx Jami! Please keep the crew working for u that worked on 1/6/23 closing! The gentleman with the beard and glasses (kinda looks like a hippie - I don’t mean to offend)but he was kind and extremely pleasant and accommodating from the moment he said hello - he even ran down the special for the BOGO! What pleasant surprise after an 8 hour drive pit stop! This woke me up and got me back on the road! The world need more...

My service animal enjoys a mcdonalds hamburger as I enjoy a ice coffee almost daily. This place is a train wreck. The same owner has all restaurants for the next 40 miles east on I70 and they all have issues. Just today I ordered at the drive through with the same person taking orders for both lines. Get to the pay window and no one is available to take money. After several minutes the window is opened by a person that had on a very nasty shirt and hat. When I politely asked as how much longer was the wait going to be? She replied she had no idea because she was on break??? I had an appointment and decided to cancel and continue on. This store is NOT REPRESENTATIVE OF the McDonald's company. There is nothing even fast. I have been the only car in line and directed to pull up and wait. We pass them up every chance we can. It isn't convenient to completely stop using them so I will continue to document sub standard issues...

Edit 10/7 1:19pm Place is COMPLETELY DEAD, no cars anywhere but yet I had to wait 3 mins at the speaker to be greeted(which is fine). Pull to the 2nd window and not even a person around to greet us or anything. Finally after about 5 mins someone hands us our order and tells us to have a good day. Well here we are with extremely cold food served to us and my hot mustard packet had a cut through it. I thought y'all would be doing better but y'all seem content with no busy and handing out shitty food. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!! Morning crew rocks it! Afternoon to evening is something else. When you hear the employees say, "well their at the window", should know I was going to be missing something. Fries were barely half full, yes I would love to wait for fresh and full fries but hey, what can you do. With a choice, I would go elsewhere for lunch and...
