New Review since prior. : Decided to try them again. This time ordered pizza, it went it, came out...sat around for 10 minutes before it was quality checked....Then it sat...and sat...and sat. Their tracker is very spot on. It sat for 45 minutes. When my order arrived....The tots were cold and mushy and coming apart. The pizza was cold and congealed so badly that the cuts couldn't be seen anymore and the grease had started to congeal on the pizza. At that point they decided to deliver it, why I do not know. But it should have been remade. Poor quality product, no quality assurance before it goes out the door. Would definitely NOT recommend. Call Pizza Hut, they will at least give you a hot product. I mean come on, the tots that need to be hot...were grossly cold, thats just wrong. And the Ranch had sat under the heat lamp with the order and was obviously cooked and then left to recongeal, the ranch separated.... Not happy.
Usually I am happy with this restaurant, but this time.... I ordered a pizza...they dropped or kicked it or did something...everything was slid to one side. I called and complained and they sent out a second one to replace the first. AND IT HAD THE EXACT PROBLEM. What the Hell...
Read moreThe delivery drivers are always amazing which is why I am leaving 2 stars. The cost has become absolutely ridiculous, specially if your feeding a family. My son loves dominos but I can no longer justify spending what it now cost. 1 pizza, I cheesy bread, delivery charge and tip brings you to almost a $50 bill real quick. God forbid you want anything than pizza, then your looking at closer to $100 bucks to feed a family of four! I know because I have done it! I feel bad for the employees because all this does is force people to tip less, if at all. I would imagine Dominos is consistently hiring. I know their employees do not get paid well at all as my coworkers son works there, so I'm unsure where all the extra money is going from constantly raising prices and fees. Read moreOrdered a pizza online with special instructions, made sure to go out of my way to order it without the Garlic Buttery Crust under the special instructions… I have a mild allergy to Garlic. Even though the “Past Orders” doesn’t save special instructions, I edited the order as always in order to not get sick from smelling the pizza. The pizza arrives, Garlic Buttery crust. I called the store, and was blamed for not specifying. Not sure if it’s the website, or the manager who was in the wrong, but please, if you love yourself, or your family, don’t eat here.
