We typically frequent Texas Roadhouse often. However, the last few times at this location have gotten worse every time. I am aware it is fair week, so that should give your establishment a better chance to show off your "A team" but I feel the ball was dropped today. I am a celiac, and order my food as such, always. Yes, it is my responsibility to deal with my food and autoimmune issues. However, when I order, I hope that the order is prepared as I ordered it. When someone orders a salad with no croutons, the correct thing to do would be make the salad as such. Removing the croutons from the salad is not the best option, ever. After already waiting an exceptionally long time for our salads, I now had to hope I saw our server to rectify the situation. I eventually saw a manager, who went and took care of the issue personally. But the bad experience didn't stop there. Our food finally came out, and it was lukewarm, at best. My daughter and husbands orders of fries were the warmest things we received, and even those felt like they wanted at one time to be hot fresh fries, but just didn't quite make it. My order wasn't even what I had told our server I wanted. I ordered the 11oz sirloin, loaded with mushrooms, and add a sidekick of shrimp. Easily a $30 plate. I received a 6oz sirloin and shrimp combo. Much less on the price yes, however not what was ordered. A manager was already aware at this point that I'm a celiac, yet my now cold, supposed to be warm, shrimp still came out on my plate on bread. We waited, and waited and waited some more. Several tables paid their checks and left and still no one came to ask how we were, if we needed anything, if we wanted refills, boxes, our check, anything. I ultimately went to the server stand and got boxes myself. I'm thankful for the Ziosk, for the first time ever, because I could pay my check and not have to also wait for that. After several chances given, and numerous times of understanding and hoping they will get better, my family will save the drive across town and not be frequenting this Roadhouse anymore. I hope you get your act together and figure it out for...

I would not normally leave a negative review just for a long wait on a Sat night - expected.
Waited over an hour for Togo order Saturday July 26th. Literally watched people walk in, eat, and leave before getting my food. By the time I left (920 pm), parking lot was almost empty.
Front of house manager walked by repeatedly without a word.
Staff is great, I watched as hostess stand said bye to every patron that walked out. Of course except when Foh manager was at the stand - literally watched as a 5 top walked out and each one individually said thank you - not a single you’re welcome or acknowledgement, they and any other table leaving while she (foh manager) was at the stand was ignored.
The Togo order person was obviously overwhelmed - despite only having 3 total orders the nearly 90 minutes I was there. Food was both wrong (I’m not going to try and correct it after that long with hungry kids waiting) and cold - no assistance or checking on the food/wait from manager (the young kids working stand/entry/seating did ask and attempt to assist though!)
We don’t eat at Texas Roadhouse (passing through). Was entertaining watching the bread rolls being made, while the same person making them was eating/spilling on her work surface. Blew my mind, at least hide it or eat it quickly in the back/turned around.
This stuff wouldn’t fly at a mom and pop or independent restaurant, let alone chain corporation.
Leadership/management staff here desperately needs retrained, and while I know people have off nights and Saturdays are hard, should really think about if this is the type of job for them.
I really don’t mean to be mean, I know it’s hard work, and everyone has bad days. But that was objectively bad - to the point of literal...
Read moreWhen we arrived they had a large party of 24 people that occupied an entire wing of the restaurant. Much of the restaurant was less crowded, but they sat us down directly in the middle of the large party. It was so loud we had to almost yell for the waitress to hear us and for us to even talk to each other.
The waitress didn't even know what an IPA was, let alone if they even carried any. She struggled to even tell me what options they had for beer, so I had to get up to go look for myself.
She did get out order in in a pretty timely fashion at least, and the beer I did order didn't take too long...this time. My daughter ordered an appetizer as a meal, and they brought it out early. The girl who brought it out did notice after the fact that it was supposed to be a meal, but it was brought out about 15 minutes before the rest of our food.
The rest of our food did arrive in a normal time, which was good, but I ordered a medium rare steak and it was medium in some parts and medium well in others. It was also very over seasoned, but not to the point where it was completely ruined. I had accidentally dropped my napkin and asked the girl who delivered our food for another, to which she said she'd get. She didn't.
Our waitress came to check on us shortly after, and I ordered another beer. We had all our food eaten and still no beer. I ultimately had to tell her to forget about it because we were all finished and we were ready to go at this point. She did apologize profusely, and said it was a very long day. That may be, but that's not my fault, nor the customer's problem.
For almost $90 for 4 people, the experience was definitely terrible and I'm not sure...
