Pottery By You! — Local services in Casper

I have been here several times and have always had a positive experience. A definite must stop if looking for something chill to do in Casper. Staff is always patient, and willing to help especially with painting tips/ideas. Their parking lot is pretty small cramped, and their store is small. Also, if you have a party here they have lots of rules of what you can and cannot bring (no food or presents, limited number of non-painters/parents, you have to have one person pick up and personally deliver the completed pottery instead of allowing for party members to pick up their own pottery individually). Very disappointed in how we were treated by the younger staff member when we visited today :(. She was very blunt and rude and seemed irritated with every question we had. It was our first time so we did need some explaination as to how things worked. We spent over $100 and for that price would have liked a little “kinder” service experience. Too bad because the kids would enjoy going back but with that kind of service, Mom is hesitant to visit...
