I have been here several times and have always had a positive experience. A definite must stop if looking for something chill to do in Casper. Staff is always patient, and willing to help especially with painting tips/ideas. Their parking lot is pretty small cramped, and their store is small. Also, if you have a party here they have lots of rules of what you can and cannot bring (no food or presents, limited number of non-painters/parents, you have to have one person pick up and personally deliver the completed pottery instead of allowing for party members to pick up their own pottery individually).
