My wife was here with a friend and my wife asked me if I want her to bring some food home with her. This is exactly what I copied and pasted from their menu and texted my wife. Street Tacos Three tacos served on corn tortillas, with cilantro, onions, salsa picante, and avocado slices, with Spanish rice and refried beans. Al Carbon $15.49 Steak No rice. And if they will do it, substitute avocado slices for guacamole but if they won’t avocado slices are fine. Bring salsa So the above is what the menu says and the paragraph below I added. So as you can see in the photo the 3 small tacos. It’s supposed to come with ‘salsa picante’ and I even made sure to ask for it as I am used to. Togo orders coming wrong. So no salsa but there was Spanish rice. The guacamole was literally a fork full. That is my finger tip for reference. This is called laziness. People used to working without thinking or caring. Maybe just caring to get home. This is what you get when you have no management and owners that don’t care. I won’t be back.

I expected something much greater based on the reviews. The food was bland. There was no flavor in the green chili, it just tasted like water, the lettuce tasted like water, like it was just washed and thrown onto my burrito without shaking any remaining water off. The tomatoes were mush, like they were just about to go bad. I only got a carnitas burrito and flan, and inside there was no flavor, no salt, nothing, just a bunch of tiny overcooked slivers of meat soaking in its orange grease and laying on a thin layer of equally bland refried beans. The flan, wasnt bad. But I kept getting hard pieces of cinnamon flavored chunks in my mouth. So I turned it over and found what's pictured below. I've never had flan that has had this on the bottom of it before... I'm extremely disappointed and sad that I wasted my money. I wouldn't recommend going here.

Came here for lunch, was a bit busy but not too bad. There was a large group so I was expecting service to be at least slow, but it was not! Service was quick and friendly. (Server didn't let some rude guests affect her, thankfully the rude guests left pretty quick). Got chips and salsa when we sat down and chips were perfect and the salsa was some of the best tasting I've had at a restaurant. Food came out quick and hot! (Temperature hot). But it was also well seasoned too. Unlike some nearby places that seem not to put much of any seasoning, this was nicely a medium spicy (I don't do **spicy** but also don't want unseasoned either). All our meats were moist and flavorful. Food quality was good and portions were very filling (partner had to take some of his home as it was muy grande!) Definitely will come back!

While the food at La's Fajitas is undeniably good, the customer service—particularly the management—is shockingly unprofessional and downright rude. On a previous visit, my order was missing an item. The manager assured me that she would add my name to a "book" and promised a complimentary item on my next order. Fast forward to my most recent visit, I inquired about the promised item, and the same manager not only claimed she remembered us but blatantly denied ever offering us anything. Even more troubling, she refused to return my receipt when I requested it.

What made the situation worse was the fact that the waitstaff—who, by the way, were courteous and apologetic—acknowledged this pattern of behavior, saying, “She does this.” It’s incredibly disappointing that the staff feels the need to apologize for a manager's dishonesty and lack of integrity. The fact that this kind of behavior is known but tolerated speaks volumes about the way this establishment is run.

Great food can't make up for poor service, especially when the management seems determined to make customers feel disrespected. I won't be returning, and I encourage others to think twice before dining here. You can find plenty of places with great food and respectful,...

I know one must often visit more than once, but sometimes things are bad enough you don't even want to try. I was looking forward to a somewhat-more-local Mexican place that was not a chain (I think these guys have two locations?). Unfortunately, we received ubiquitous chain-quality food.

We sat outside, 4-top. Though our order was taken promptly and food came within a reasonable amount of time, that was effectively the last we saw of the waitstaff. We needed more chips, more salsa, more water, more drinks, more napkins and repeatedly went inside to either obtain these items, request them or look for help. We were always nice and respectful, but we were just never noticed. I wondered at one point if they even wanted our $ as the bill/tab simply just would never come.

I can put up with bad service for really good food, but alas I'm really sorry to report absolutely nothing special. All had fajitas as they were supposed to be the best, but they underwhelmed, rather didn't really whelm in any capacity, I could have made the same at home at a fraction of my cost.

Maybe YMMV, but I'm very sorry I cannot...
