1st off, Great food. Love the steak hoagie and I have no problems in that regard. I called in to ask if they have delivery drivers... they do not. They use grubhub, door dash, etc. I try to stay away from this, but I wanted to order. I used their recommended delivery service (grubhub) and filled in the "special instructions" section for the delivery to walk to my back yard at the firepit to deliver. I paid 50% of the items price to have it delivered to my back yard fire pit... pretty nice, right? Just to walk to my back yard. The driver, Ali, texted me to provide a two digit code for him to complete the delivery. I responded and then nothing. 20min later I walked to my front door and found my order placed on my glider. I guess a great tip gets you nowhere. I called the driver, the number from the text, he hung up. I called again and he said he didn't see the instructions and thanked me for the tip. Screw this!!! Soggy pizza, only way it was edible was to throw it under broiler to cook it through. I picked it up as they where boxing it up and I literally live behind the place, so it didn't have time to steam or soften in the box. It was almost like it was made yesterday and then they just threw some toppings on it and popped it in the microwave for 30 seconds. No way it could have come out of the oven like that. I've had pizza that serves cold toppings and cheese but this isn't that. People here where nice and the order was made quick, but I can't recommend the pizza. 12 cuts with 2 toppings for over $30 (with tip) and it was undercooked, not worth it at all. The one star I am giving is entirely for friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the shop. Both on the phone and while picking up. We ordered an 18 slice with pepperoni and half italian hoagie. Price was $37.00. And I honestly have to say this was THE WORST PIZZA I have ever eaten. It was cold. Not warm. Not cooked and then became cold. It was cold/cold. The cheese was not melted, the pepperoni was also cold. The crust was tasteless and ?? possibly precooked unevenly without the toppings on it. I peeled back the cheese and the top of the crust was crispy and brown as if the top of the crust was actually the bottom of the crust. Then some of the squares in the box were doughy.
