Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Castroville

This place is horrible, every time I order from here. The order is wrong, the pizza is cold, and the customer service is ridiculous. At 6:06pm, the girl in the drive through acts like she’s a robot stuck on only one phrase of “stuffed crust” even after saying not stuffed crust multiple times. Just a regular pepperoni pizza! Waited over 30 minutes for a regular pepperoni and a regular cheese pizza. Finally after watching an employee wander around the parking lot with 2 pizza boxes I stopped him to ask if that was my pizza only for him to tell me no it wasn’t, it was for a white SUV, apparently after 30 minutes of waiting mine was still being made according to him. I wait an additional 5 minutes before walking inside to ask about my pizza only for the girls in the front to tell me that they already took my order out to me. Ummm no they didn’t otherwise I wouldn’t be there asking where it was and why it was taking so long. One girl walks off to the back and the other looks in the warmer and says all I have is a pepperoni here do you want that? Ummm and what about my other pizza? She says oh we don’t have a cheese pizza it will be 15 minutes to make one. Which would then make it a total of 45-50 minutes of waiting on 2 simple pizzas. I said no thank you, I would like a refund, she just walks off and says nothing. Then a guy comes from around the back with 2 pizzas, and asks what my order was and I said a pepperoni and a cheese pizza. He said here is your order ma’am. I asked if it was still fresh, he said yes ma’am it was remade fresh. I thanked him and left, by that time I was in a hurry to get the pizza back home to my family and kids that was waiting for dinner- it was when I got home when I looked at the pizza box and seen that it said on the ticket “white SUV” which was the same pizza the employee was walking around the parking lot with and said it was not mine and all they did was reheat that pizza up and hand it to me- it was dry and cold. The guy who handed it to me lied, it was not made fresh when he handed it to me. When I called to the store the manager had no care in the world and blamed it on the printer not printing out where it can be read correctly, which was funny to me cause I could clearly see that the ticket said “white suv” and said they don’t do refunds and for me to bring the pizza back to them or they can give me some free crazy bread! By then it was over an hour just for 2 simple pepperoni and a cheese pizzas, that should have been hot-n-ready as advertised. So very...

Absolutely piss poor service. Little Caesar's is known for how quick they make their pizza. All I ordered was a box of cheese deep dish pizza and stuffed cheesy bread, was told it would take 10-15 min. The time I ordered was at 11:35 and the recipe shows it. The individual who took my order though isn't shown on my receipt since it was a female yet my receipt doesn't match it as it's listed with "Matthew R." and im pretty certain the girl who took my order isnt named Matthew. After ordering I waited in the parking lot for 35 min before I got my small order. Keep in mind there was little to nobody else there in the lot, so they can't use the excuse of saying they were backed up when they clearly weren't. I'd have let it go if I would have at least been offered a complementary drink or extra item for waiting the ridiculous amount of time i did but all I got was "thank you for trusting us". Absolutely not how a business is supposed to be run. These employees are young punks who couldn't care less about any one other then themselves and it shows with their service. Came here on my lunch break thinking I'd be in and out quick but was sorely mistaken. After this experience I'm extremely dissatisfied with their performance and doubt I will be making a return here. I live in castroville Evaristo Hinojosa. I was excited to see there was a little Caesar open closer. I went to get some pizzas before going home with my 3 boys who love pepperoni pizza! Get to the window order my pizzas and go. Low and behold I get all the way home. I have 1 cheese 1 pepperoni. I call and see if maybe I could get a pepperoni pizza replaced at a later time. I was told by Angel that if I couldn't go back with the pizzas and the receipt there was nothing they could do. I told Angel i do not live in San Antonio and will not be returning today. I was told there's nothing that could be done. First Little Caesar's makes the mistake and now my boys don't have what they want. I will not be returning to this location seeing as they need to talk to their employees to let the manager handle complaints and this is just crazy. I'll drive the extra 10 minutes to Mod where the pizza is made fresh in a brick oven and in less time!...
