Just left there this morning and the service and management is horrible. After going thru the far right lane and not getting any service I followed behind the other land of customers whom were just merrily going along. I get to the window and the young girl was flustered, yet polite, I pull forward as instructed and she runs to window number 1 to say I forgot to pay, ok I give credit card and then the other person who is dressed differently as if she is a supervisor or such didn't even acknowledge me just handed me the bag..then as I drive off I see it's not my order but someone else's, I then go inside and ask to speak to manager. The young lady who came to the counter (young african american woman and I myself am too.) I relayed the issue she was not polite and rude, and I asked for her name she asked me why I need her name. I responded that it's okay and I'll just report her and the entire incident to corporate. Reason I'm doing so is THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I've had an issue at this same location. I'd rather ride up a bit further whereas the McDonald's on Potranco are Better service wise...and this one needs some more customer service training. I work in customer service at a major airline and I wish I would tell a customer they could not have my name or that of a supervisor...I'm a navy veteran and retired cop by the way and I don't know who this location is hiring but they need more training and experience in how to deal with customers. Read moreI cannot believe the experience I had with this McDonald’s. Not only that I have to wait 10 minutes before anybody came onto the speaker after me calling out several times and the other speaker not being talked on all of us waiting for somebody to come online and take our order The person taking the orders is not paying attention to who arrives first after that 10 minute wait waiting for our food or actually to be waited on the other person who came in second actually went first by this time I wanted to leave, but my wife kept me in the line. From that point it took about another 15 minutes to get to the second window so that we could pay and pick up the only one thing that we bought from this place. The person on the drive-through taking the orders does not like her job at all I don’t know why they have this person waiting on people if their attitude is not liking what they do. I’ve worked for customer service for 20 years and to receive this kind of service, I was very disappointed several times wanting to leave, but my wife wouldn’t allow me to . Somebody needs to coach this team on how to receive customers even though you may be behind or whatever reason it took 30 minutes for us to get food in a drive-through you should at least make the customer feel like you want...
Read moreI’m giving a 1 star because of the manager Ms.T I ordered curbside the girl who brought out my food was extremely nice and so confident that everything was in the bag. However when I got home I was missing a happy meal. And my son got nuggets that maybe had been left out to long because he said they tasted bad and didn’t eat them. Which my son loves his nuggets. I called the restaurant and they said I could come back and get my food. When I arrived there was an employee outside side and I let him know I was trying to get my meal they forgot to give me so he calls Ms. T over and she comes to my car with an attitude and a crazy look on her face like if Im lying and she just looked flat out annoyed I tried to give her the nuggets that were bad but she said she couldn’t take them because of covid which is understandable and she repeats to me what I was missing but did not apologize for the inconvenience and instead had an attitude. Mind you I wasn’t rude at all and simply just wanted to get my sons food I understand mistakes happen. It was very unprofessional for her to be so rude to someone who wasn’t even being ugly about their mistake. I would like a call back regarding this unnecessary service...
