I order from here about once a week.
Wings: The wings are ocassionally kind of chewy or undersauced, but then they sometimes comes drowned in sauce. I can't complain when they are drowned in sauce. I've never had an issue with the amount of wings not adding up. I occasionally even get extra.
Pizza: I've learned to order light amounts of sauce as I think there is too much on the regular pizza. I often don't get a crust flavoring like I order, which isn't a deal breaker. The toppings are always fresh and if you order double, it often comes triple. Also, the thin crust always comes incredibly crispy, just how I like it.
P-Zone: Usually really good. I ocassionally get one that is filling light, but it is always edible. Haven't gotten enough to give a concrete review on their quality. The recipe for the new ones taste different than the original recipe, so be prepared for that.
Sides: The base bread sticks are lackluster, but that isn't a branch specific thing. That's a Pizza Hut recipe thing. Cheesy Bread is usually piping hot and a little gooey. Quepapas always come smoking and never too crusty. I had them come soggy once or twice. The fries are actually really good seasoned, which is weird for a pizza place. I would avoid their Mozzeralla sticks. They never seem to get them right.
Drinks: I have never been able to get Unsweet Tea at this location and I have tried a lot since they opened, but they always notify me and let me choose a different drink. So good customer service there.
Desserts: The cookie pizza is usually done right, rarely burnt. The Brownies are a 50/50 on if they are even worth eating. Usually too cooked and very dry. The Cinnabons often come with too little icing, but not often enough to be too frustrated about it.
As far as Pizza Hut locations go, this is one of the better ones. The food is usually exactly what you order and I rarely have issues. The few times it has been major, they often come back to the house and fix it. I love all the delivery drivers, they...
Read moreWish I could give zero stars. Ordered pizza and wings on Dec 29, 2024 for take-out. Arrived at the restaurant 15 minutes later. Checked in and was told they were backed up, would take another 15 minutes. So I sat down and waited. And waited. There was no one eating in the restaurant, so all they had to do was make the pizzas and hand them to people waiting. People were getting annoyed. More than one came to the register and complained about how long they had been waiting. During this time I just sat and observed the incompetent employees. The kid who was in charge of the delivery pizzas seemed particularly confused. There were two of the insulated delivery bags on the counter. They had pizzas in each of them. Every couple minutes he’d come by with a receipt, look in the bags, sometimes swap the pizzas around, then leave. There were two pizzas sitting next to the bags as well. He would come by with a receipt, open each box, look at the receipt, and close the boxes. During the hour I sat there, this is all he did. He probably opened each of those boxes, no exaggeration, at least 50 times. No deliveries went out the entire hour I sat there. I finally got tired of waiting and went to the register to ask for a refund. The woman I talked to turned to the manager and said “this guy wants his money back”. The manager was for some reason unable to access the cash register, so he gave my receipt to some other guy who went in back. Five minutes later he comes back and hands me the refund receipt and says “here”. That’s it. No “sorry about the wait or inconvenience or anything”. Just “here”. I sat there for an hour. Not one delivery went out. Maybe three people picked up their pizzas for carry-out. I’ve made pizzas before. It’s not rocket science. Your entire staff is incompetent and should be fired. I will never bother with this...
Read moreOrdered for Carry-Out since delivery time was 70-80 minutes. Showed up, sat for a bit, paid and left. Got home and realized that they forgot my Buffalo WIngs. I called and spoke to Manager Kim after waiting on hold for 13 minutes. She said I can come right back and pick them up. I said that I'd prefer to have them delivered since I was already back home. "No sir, we have 20 orders waiting for delivery". I said, "I understand that and I'm sure at least eight of those orders are likely right in my neighborhood and I only live 1/2 mile from you"... "Well sir, it was your responsibility to check your order before you leave. You HAVE to come and get them." "Ma'am, you have two choices. You can either get them out on a delivery that is close or you'll need to credit me". "FINE WE'LL CREDIT YOU" click...phone silent... Any takers on how long that'll take to credit me? If at all?
Kim you have no clue what customer service is. I worked at Pizza Hut for three years and we would not have even hesitated to bring your order to you piggy-backed on another order. Kim, you need some serious people/customer skills. I waited like a little kid for this new Pizza Hut to open so close to my house. I can't stand Domino's Pizza and I love Pizza Hut. Well, you will never get another penny from me ever again. And I'll make sure I spread my love to all my military friends right here in this predominately military neighborhood.
And you...
