My Wife would frequent this restaurant often before her way in to work and purchase food to go. She went directly to the register and placed her usual order when the waitress taking the order dropped everything she was doing to tender to the group of 8 customers that had just walked in. They were obviously preferred guests since the waitress conveniently left my wife standing there without finishing her order first. So the waitress goes off to lay down the red carpet to accommodate this poorly mannered group of males that had made themselves very known when they blasted through the door. They were very loud, very dirty and appeared as if they had been working in a muddy ditch all day. The waitress simply left her standing there in the middle of her order at the register while she dashed off to laugh and make jokes with what appeared to be her very good friends. This played out for about twenty minutes. All the while paying no attention to having left the nice young lady standing there at the counter. It took another waitress who was in the back to notice the lady standing there at the front to finally acknowledge her and finish taking her order. And yes, after all this she still paid for it and promptly made her way to the door. Good thing there were two other gentlemen dinning here this day to witness the entire ordeal play out. And they kindly approached my wife to let her know that they had noticed the whole ordeal play out and didn't appreciate what they had just witnessed. He and his buddy would go there for coffee and breakfast often as well but after seeing what had just transpired, vowed they would never give this place another ounce of business. Just imagine yourself in this position, basically being pushed aside in the middle of placing your order. May seem trivial, unless it happens to you. And it very well could at this place. We need to make businesses like this known especially to the locals who will be spending money here. Maybe you should reconsider. And who writes a review like this if it...
Read moreThis places is a neighborhood restaurant were they serve a good food most of the time, a group a nice people giving you a good attitude and outstanding service, I am a regular customer at least 3 times a week even when I bought to go orders i feel the good vive, but there is something very important i would like to share with you, and should should pay attention to what im going to said and yes im talking with you, Yes You The Owner and the chef, when a customers go to any restaurant and they like what they ate that day and returned to your place is because they like what they ordered i bad for your business and even more frustrating to the customers when they realized the what they order is not the same as the day before and this is happening constantly to me almost every day at El Rodeo Mexican Grill #4 and ended in my determination to not go any more at 5pm when i used to go.
A successful restaurant should always delivery same quality and flavor on a daily basis menu and if you do not have a list of procedures to confections your recipe then you should have one and if you have one should enforced your personal to follow them, remember we when to your restaurant the first time for any reason but the second time and so on is because we like what we receive so say this is very disappointed when you ask for a plate you are expecting to be prepared the same way and then you realize that is totally different and we "customers" pay for what we are asking nothing more...
Read moreDon’t get me wrong, I absolutely love this place. Truly I do. I’ve actually become a bit of a regular, however, I’ve as of late have been getting increasingly frustrated with the inaccuracy of my food. My favorite and only dish I get is the California Fries w/ Chicken Fajita. It seems that there is an issue with the serving of nacho cheese that is supposed to go on the dish along some other things. To be honest, I haven’t said anything, as I believe in chances and patience. The service is always friendly and I don’t ever have to wait long for my food, but driving all the way here just to get home and see NO cheese on my food when they’ve already gone down in the serving sizes for this dish, has caused me to now leave this type of review. I don’t like that I’m having to make the decision to now stay at the drive thru window to check my food, just to make sure it’s correct. I like to trust that it’s all there and keep it moving. Lately though, it’s been something missing or skimpy portions; whether it be forgotten nacho cheese, forgotten guac, or forgotten sour cream. One time, I had ordered the dish and there was nothing but fries and chicken but NOTHING else. Still, I came back faithfully another day. Like I said, I love this place, but y’all. Please work on your accuracy..it’s getting to be an issue and respectfully, I no longer am holding my tongue about it. Oh, and I’ve also included a picture of what the dish is actually supposed to look like that keeps me...
