Last night, my family of 8 stopped by after 9:30pm to order 12 items (4 Fountain, 3 Sides & 3 Dessert/Frozen). When I ordered NICELY, the male employee kept asking "Anything else?" over and over as frustration built and was expressed in his voice. I would respond "Yes...Sorry yes...Almost..." etc. Then when we pulled up to get our food, my aunt and sister got out of the car to go watch our food/drinks to be made. One of the male employees was cleaning windows and sprayed the window over our food/bag. My sister, while standing outside with my aunt, pushed the button on one of the order boards to call someone and ask to order onion rings. The male employee on the speaker said they didn't have anymore. This was the First time in our lives that we've ever heard that before, from Sonic especially. Our order was brought out by Antonio (name of Carhop on receipt) and my aunt addressed what had happened. She asked for the order taker's name and "Antonio" told her he didn't know his coworkers, that they didn't talk. My aunt told him our frustrations with the ordering and the glass cleaner over our food. My aunt then asked to speak with another employee, so another came out in "Antonio's" place. She asked him what the order taker's name was and he said Sedrick (unsure of spelling) as he mumbled it, twice. We left and I started calling that location to speak with the manager. I was hung up on 3x, as I continued to call back over and over. This location has horrible customer service and I (who am visiting from out of state) would never recommend...

Well, the person over the com. stated they cannot do this, I laughed and I said yes you can.. you just put cheese and chili on some mozzarella sticks he repeated I cannot do this..so I said I'm out... If I wanted to put chili and cheese on popcorn chicken my guy you'd better make it happen. I live at redbird ranch and this is MY sonic now, This is the 1st sonic in the history of sonic's proud history not to fulfill a request to put chili cheese on any item on their menu and it's ridiculous come on, it's sonic and you have chili and cheese. I could put chili cheese on a ice cream cone If I wanted, not that I would recommend this in any way form or fashion, but who knows, maybe one day.. My message to the owner and the direct manager, don't limit your customer's requests for great food when they know exactly want they want to eat and you have the supplies to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSince I've moved to the neighborhood, I've ordered about 6 or so times. If you have more than 1 thing in your order, CHECK IT! Check everything! You pay for bacon, it won't be there. You don't want ice, there will be ice. You want raspberry sweet tea, it'll be unsweetened.
You call the store, you MIGHT get the phone answered. The few times I've called, 1x I got a refund (didn't ask, but was nice), another time, I had to drive back and show them the corn dog was charcoal and the burger bun was black. I've called corporate, they're useless, they'll offer you a coupon that's only good if you spend more money to redeem it.
Now, the 1/2 price, they'll honor it during happy hour and you can get it all the time over the app. HOWEVER, the app only works 1/2 the time, they WILL NOT HONOR the 1/2 price even if you show them the app is down. I've had the other Sonic (Pontranco & Tally) honor if you show them the app is not working.
Look, tbh, you're better off going 5 min up the road to Pontranco & Tally if you want an accurate order that...
