Out of all the rodeos with this location this was the worst experience with Subway we brought the food home after online ordering and found out that the $0.50 extra we paid to add pepperoni on our daughter's pizza was not on there and neither was the extra meat we paid for 50% more on the All American Club, it just had 6 slices of Turkey 6 slices of ham and 4 bacons the receipt on breaks down it should have 9 slices of turkey 9 of ham and 6 bacons so it was missing 3 of each meat plus 2 more bacons. Every cent counts for people and if you pay for something and don't get it's easier to just remake it than to issue a refund especially when this subway hardly has a manager present. Subway does not have a smooth efficient way of handling orders not done correctly they say they have this ridiculous (waste of time) policy that you have to bring back your food as in today so they can see what they did wrong or the other one I've heard in the past was you have to check your order meats and all at Subway before you leave since it was an online order and didn't see it get made or wouldn't be a problem. Does McDonald's do this nope...does taco bell do this nope...jasons deli...hell no if you got delivery Jasons deli will even deliver a 3 dollar soup they missed now talk about customer service plus give you cookies or they will refund around here it's just Subway that has this policy. It would be more efficient still a waste of time to just have you take a picture and text them if it's that strict. It's already an inconvenience for a customer to have to drive back then bring back food as proof that they will touch to check and then ask you if you want it back if not they throw away then in this case my husband to correct my daughter's food and mine. Definitely don't get a cookie for there mistake or the more waiting you have to do when arriving and we are very patient people when people make an error if they fix it no problem. Instead my husband walked in returning the food as requested and I had a feeling this was going to happen he got accused by one employee only that he took off the pepperonis off the pizza when it came as just cheese pizza and told him that he remembers putting on the pepperoni because it was the only pizza made today period claiming that the cameras have him putting pepperoni on pizza yet my sandwich, they agreed didn't have 50% more meat had no problem re-making it, which makes it likely another item will be missing something. However, when my husband asked to see the camera employee could not provide since manager was not there and was told by other employees that they don't have the pin to access therefore, he was being deceptive because you can't say camera caught it on camera if you can't access it to prove it. So he never got to see it, but asked for manager's name and that employee apologized. We are not going to go back for $0.50 pepperoni or the extra meat we paid for if we were lying not worth the time. He said people just take off the pepperoni's then take it back to claim they didn't put them on I find that highly unlikely. We don't get an incentive of keeping the food or getting a cookie with Subway for going back lol so what would be the point of lying? Just make things right it's not that big of a deal we all make errors it's what you do to fix them that people will remember you or a business for. Not worth the hassle of having other customers see a scene that was unnecessary had they just remedied it without being argumentative. There's a lot of people that aren't truthful and I'm not saying the customer is always right even though you will get more business at times with the motto that the customer is right, but save the hassle for maybe something like...
Read moreThe first employee that I spoke with was super helpful and friendly and this post is not to be reflected on them at all.
So, I came in around 8:30pm on 10/06. As I was ordering I asked for 2 sandwiches with extra chicken. Upon making the second sandwich, the employee assisting me noticed they were getting low on chicken. She went and asked (who I assumed to be) the acting manager where the additional chicken was. The manager looked at what was left and said no that should be enough (it wasn't...). At which point I replied no id rather have the fresh batch instead of the bottom of the pan. The manager made it a point to inform me that they were both made this morning and I said I understood but I'd prefer the batch that hasn't been out all day. So the employee assisting me goes to get it, comes back, and begins making my second sandwhich. Now, I don't know if I angered the manager lady by asking for "fresher" food or what but as the original employee is making the second sandwich she comes over, tells her she's putting too much chicken, and proceeds to completely TAKE THE CHICKEN OFF THE SANDWICH and put much much smaller portions (only 2 scoops and makes it a point not to over fill them by picking pieces off the top of the scoop before putting it on the sandwich). At that point I'm done with the negative attitude and completely shut down and don't even bother looking at them or making conversation.
Y'all really need to re-evaluate your management not to be micro-managing and be more customer friendly.
To the first employee that helped me, thank you for being nice and I'm sorry I...
Read moreEat at subway tons so familiar with their standard but first time at this location. Yadira made my sandwich. First she could not even place my meat correctly. She had more than half of the meat sticking out of the sand which falling out but blank gaps of sand which in my turkey breast and ham. My cucumber she pretty much placed in a pile did not spread out properly in sand which and my mayo was all clumped in the corner and not evenly spread. Ultimately my sandwich was the worst thing I’ve ever tasted with random tablespoons of mayo then bites with no mayo followed by bites of just bread. Some parts had vegetables others did not. Definitely was not worth paying for and a corner store sand which would probably be better. Vegetables were also old but no one seemed to notice or change it out. If she’s new and not properly trained her other employee who was not busy should have helped or watched her or she should have asked for help as she did not seem confident in what she was doing. Do not recommend not returning to location.
Edit: saw a comment where someone else complained about Yadira so she’s not new, just doesn’t care about making your sandwich and throws it together like trash...
