Big Juice Bar — Restaurant in Cathedral City

Came in and there was a lady asking about everything on the menu and one of the other workers was just standing there. Instead of asking her if she could take my order and have the other girl service me she continued to educate her while the other girl just stood there looking clueless. Then it was my turn to order and she started putting away menus and didn't let me order till she was done. The I ordered two drinks and they got everyone else's drink ready that came in after me. Had my mother waiting in the car for 35 mins. Then when she brought the drinks out they were the wrong size. She then went back added 2 more fruits and veggies to fill it up to make it the correct size. I also ordered a wellness shot and I accidentally spilt it in my car, I came back in and asked if I could borrow a wet rag and get gave me paper towels and didn't offer to give me another wellness shot. The Juice bar part is intermittent depending on which staff is working. The quality varies with the person making the bowl or smoothie. The Frozen Yogurt bar is a JOKE. They never maintain it, often empty of inop. When it's operating the toppings are non-existent, I think there are 3 or 4 and the almonds were stale. The workers don't pay any attention to this and it's way more expensive than other yogurt bars. This location had declined in the last 6 months. There is ONE good person working there who does a great job when he's there. Otherwise they couldn't really care less. I have been coming here 2 years and about to quit because of its decline. Decent smoothie. Açaí bowl was very watered down. Definitely took about 15-20 minutes to make our order and there were no others in front of us. Customer service was not friendly CC was down so it was cash or Zelle only. Some random guy was sprawled out in the middle of the store sleeping There was a homeless lady sitting right by the entry door and her stuff impeded the entry to the store to where you had to shift to the side to get in.
