Town Square Park — Attraction in Cathedral City

It took my grandchildren there and it's very beautifully made however there was homeless people under the trees so we couldn't picnic and one girl there was actually pulling out a glass pipe and smoking it right in front of my grandchildren and everybody I filmed it but I cannot post it I tried to call City Hall and I they told me to call the police and Non-Emergency and they didn't even come out and I was there for an hour waiting for them and they said they were on an accident call I was kind of disappointed would have somebody was getting stabbed or killed or robbed it made me leery to go back to...
