So I arrived at my local Carl’s Jr around 1:30pm and decided to go through the drive thru instead of going inside because I figured it would be quicker than walking inside since there wasn’t any cars. When I pulled up to the speaker I was greeted immediately by a young gentleman, I placed my order and got my order repeated to me correctly as I ordered. Everything was nice and smooth at that point but as soon as I came up to the window to pay and get my food it all went down hill very fast unfortunately. I was waiting at the window for a good three minutes before a young female who appeared to be the manager or assistant manager approached the window and opened it repeating me my order completely wrong as she was putting in my order just then. I told her she had my order wrong and told her what I had ordered. She literally did not say sorry or anything other than by total. My total was $10 and wanted to pay with a $100 bill since it was all I had at the moment and she told me she couldn’t take it without an explanation. I told her that was all I had and Rolled her eyes at me while making an upset face leaving the window and walking over to the front cash register without saying anything to me. I watched her as she was counting the money so I figured she was going to take my $100 bill. Another 4 minute went by, literally so just turned off my car at that point. When she came back she took my $100 bill and handed me my change with a rude attitude. She then closed the window half way, I figured by accident because seconds after she slammed it shut completely. Minutes later I got my food finally by the gentleman that took my order originally and drove off. When I got to my house I noticed my fries looked old and soggy. My sandwich was fine but definitely wasn’t worth it at all. Maybe I should have had a smaller bill but in my defense it was after lunch and there isn’t any signs that say I couldn’t use large bills. I surly won’t be returning to that restaurant again. That women needs to learn better manners and change...
Read moreSeems like the drive through is never washed down. Google says this place closes at 1 AM I get to the drive through at 12:38 and the automated message says sorry we're closed so I go ahead and pull forward. Cause there's a car behind me. And it just so happens to be a car at the window. If you guys are closed, then how come a car is being served food in front of me at the window but yet nobody was willing to take my order. I get to the window and the person says. How can I help you? I said oh, you guys are closed. You don't need to help me. They said oh no, we are open. I said then why didn't anybody decide to say hello? How can I help you rather than give me the automated message? You guys don't deserve my money. Oh, by the way, Carl's junior's gon to be closing down like majority of its West Coast stores. So all of you, Carl's junior employees are going to need to find a job very soon. I met up with the supervisor of the Coachella Valley district and she was very interested with my application and resume however. All the Hispanic managers seen my white skin. And I got discriminated against so i've always hoped that carl's junior goes out of business and since that experience two thousand sixteen I haven't supported carl's junior as much as prior 2016! Carl's use to be my go to! I'm laughing with glee that the ran down locations by ran down managers are...

Our recent visit to this location was a complete disappointment. What was supposed to be a quick stop turned into an uncomfortable experience due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff. An employee in the back was loudly arguing with the employee working the register, and the situation escalated to the point where they were cursing at each other. The topic of their argument was about the drive-through, with the employee in the back apparently upset that the register employee didn't own it.
What struck me most was the complete lack of regard for the customers. Despite the commotion, neither employee made an effort to tone down their language or resolve their issue in a more discreet manner. As a result, our family, including our two young children, were subjected to a barrage of profanity and hostility. It's shocking that in a customer-facing environment, the staff couldn't maintain a basic level of professionalism.
The experience left a sour taste, and it's hard to see how this location can recover without addressing the evident issues with employee relations and customer treatment. Until they get their team dynamics in order and prioritize customer satisfaction, I wouldn't recommend bringing your family here. The potential for a repeat performance is too high, and there's no need to subject yourself or your loved ones to that kind of...
