El Pollo Loco — Restaurant in Cathedral City

The staff is rude they always close down early they never want to make fresh foods they always give you what they have left over the last two hours they never give you plates or forks. The girls there are rude in the store or in the drive through what's the point of asking anyone if you like the mix if you don't ever have breast or any other parts wings and drums is the deal there and it's always burnt or dry I travel to the one one 111 because of this bad location the staff make it bad enough to go across the street to staterbro for chicken or 111 pollo loco they need better staff and management rude and the foods always burnt or they don't have it or they are just closed a hour early and they are all talking and cleaning they most need to close down that early so they leave on time I wish they would not use the same gloves to grab money and serve your food with it's nasty they take money then go get your food and tortillas and churros like that I've asked them before to remake them when I see them not take the gloves off for new ones when grabbing money then my churros or food they get mad and toss my meals together like trash beans half way filled rice hard bean juice in the bagg under the chicken box or all over the whole bottom of the bad I've made complaints to the manager but they don't seem to care all they say is we don't have what you want or ok I'll tell them next have a good day not asking for free anything I'm asking for better service in food quality and staff and management and...

I placed a order at 10 02 am .. I arrived 15 minutes later only to find a locked location. I tried to cancel my order online and was unable to. The app told me to call the store.

I called and spoke to Jocelyn who informed me she was the manager and could not give me a refund. She also was not sure when the store was going to open.

Both the posted hours and the store hours say 10 am. This was not the case. If your store I'd closed then you need to shut down online orders or be able to give a full refund. Now unfortunately I have to deal with corporate/ what ever way I can get the money back that was...

I tend to like El Pollo Loco because it has a healthier option on it's menu. The food at the location I went to eqaas okay. I was a little hungry so instead of getting a 2 or 3 piece meal I got the half chicken meal which is four pieces. Honestly if that was half a chicken I think they may have killed a chick. Obviously I was a little surprised by portion sizes. My partner got the chicken and black bean bowl that was supposed to be 500 calories or less. It was tasty and he seemed to enjoy it. All in all if I'm hungry next time I'll choose a different place but if I'm just looking for something healthy and quick I'll go back to...
