Arby's — Restaurant in Catlettsburg

It’s national cheese day and Arby’s has limited cheese keychains. I get there early and place my order and ask for one. The girl at register is very nice. She says the manager know about them. I’m like ok I can wait. It’s 10:05 they just opened I get that. I see the girl ask the manager. The manager looks at her with a scowl and says I’m busy and walks away. I ask what did she say? The girls scared to answer cause that’s her boss I get it. So I get my food eat. The manager walks by me I say do you have the key chains? She’s like I’m busy I’ll look into when your done and walks away from me. Well 20 min later I see the manager ringing up a key chain for a male employee. Never once says I have one for you to me. I go to register the manager grabs a key chain says $2.12 I give her the money she gives change and turns around and mumbles have a nice day…. Worst manager I have seen in my life.. And I know they just opened but I watched her eat McDonald in the back with a guy. To busy to get my one day promotional key chain but can have your breakfast? The managers name is Amanda. She’s one of the rudest people I have met. I’d stay clear...

I wouldn't let me dog eat here. The food was good. However, my 2 friends and myself stopped by and we were the only ones at the restaurant. We were told to pull up and they would have our order out. Mind you, we ordered poppers, a roast beef cheddar with no bun, and a water. I was going to try their pie but they said it was going to be a 7 minute wait and I politely said "No thank you, I don't want to wait that long." Fast forward 20 minutes, no order, and the employee who was supposedly making our order was sitting on the counter scrolling through his phone (we could see inside). My friend calls and says that we have been waiting for over 20 minutes for 2 items and it was ridiculous. They brought our food out after stating they "forgot about us".....us being the only customers there. We waited in the drive-thru for a total of 33 minutes before we got our food. Which, again, 2 items. No lines. No other customers. After stating I feel like we should get a coupon or a voucher for a free meal they said "is that all" and hung...

Went through the drive through ordered two medium orange shakes for 3.99 each. When the order taker told me my total it seemed high.... I asked if the shakes were 3.99 like it said on the menu. ??? He said no they are 4.49 now the price has gone up... I told him the drive through menu says they are 3.99. He said one second let me get a manager. Lady manager came on the line and said we haven’t had a chance to change our prices on the drive through menu and the price is now 4.49. Nothing she can do about it... we cancelled our order... very very disappointed in the service...
