Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Cayce

I only clicked one star because I had to in order to leave this review...I called this location at 4 something this afternoon for a 7:45 delivery for our baseball team's final game. Since it's the ball field I asked would I have to stand up front or could it be delivered to the field, told it could be delivered to the field...gave the field number. Called back at 7:15 to say they could go ahead and deliver since it was raining pretty hard and not sure if the game would get called. The girl's response was "ok I'll put the order in" 🤔😳 put the order in it was supposed to be here at 7:45. Called to check on the order close to 7:30 the same girl answered the phone laughing before she even answered the phone stating the place of business I literally thought I dialed the wrong number. She said it was out for delivery, so even though I knew they would delivery it I decided to walk up to meet them. No one showed...8 and 9 year old young men waiting on pizza that came and LEFT. I called back at 8, yeap 8 and she said he called...uh my phone went dead, but that wasn't the instructions. He came to the field, but never followed what the instructions said and took 2 pizzas back to the store. SO UNPROFESSIONAL and I will NEVER order from that location again. I wouldn't care if it was the last pizza...

The food was good despite my order being a little incorrect. I ordered 1 personal pan pizza and 2 large pan pizzas. One large with just pepperoni and the other large with half pepperoni, Italian sausage, and beef, the other half only grilled chicken. The whole pizza had all of the ingredients. The personal pan pizza i ordered with e tra pepperoni, extra cheese, and light sauce. I love extra pepperoni on my personal pan pizzas, and I had about 5 pieces. I also ordered extra cheese, and it was definitely not extra cheese. I placed my order around 9:18 & it was ready in less than 20 mins, which was good because I was tired. I didn't check the pizza when I picked it up because only the drive-thru is open after 9. I would have been too tired to wait on another to be made anyway. I do wish the staff would pay more attention to the orders because when a person pays extra for things to be made the way they want it, that's what we expect. And to ask for a tip before the customer sees the food or taste it is ludicrous, especially when an app was my only contact with the store until I picked it up. Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Called to place a delivery order for a medium pizza. Called back to give them my cellphone number to reach me at when they arrived. When I called back they told me they couldn't deliver it because I didn't meet the delivery minimum so I asked to add some breadsticks but they said they would have to cancel my other order and ring up a new one. Well this wasn't an option because I only had $30 bucks in my account and $15 was now gone because they failed to mention when I originally placed my order the delivery minimum. So they refused to deliver my first order and refunded me and now I won't get that refund for a few days. Here I am out of state at orientation for a new job with nothing to eat and the little bit of money I did have is inaccessible for a few days thanks to their mistakes. I have never been so mad in my life and now I'm going to starve because of these retards. Thanks Pizza Hut and your horrible manager. I will also be contacting corporate and I will never ever eat at Pizza Hut again, ever. If their food is as horrible as their customer service I actually would...
