The place itself is nice and super fun. The kids definitely enjoyed themselves but the cashier and the manager on duty tonight definitely were out to ruin the experience. I’ve been here before and never had an issue like this but then again I had never seen the employees who were there today.. The cashier had a bad attitude from the start and was annoyed she had to repeat herself due to us both wearing masks and the music being super loud. Misunderstandings happened and when I went to address the situation the second cashier who helped me was actually pretty nice but then the manager came out with an annoyed and bothered type of attitude that honestly I was trying not to let get the best out of me so again more misunderstandings happened but I let it go because they refunded me for the most part and I was just there to have fun with the kids.. Until, I was getting ready to leave and the manager had the ridiculous idea to call me over to his corner desk and start a whole new argument... He contradicted himself more times than I could count and then when I asked him what the point of the conversation was he said ‘there’s no point' so why call me over there and try to ruin the experience even more? Maybe he felt like he had a point to prove to the rest of the employees that ‘he was the manager’ and that’s why he was so unprofessional but nonetheless, I know no one cares about one less customer but it was actually 6 of us who went today.. and will not be back until they have better training or choose a different career path, cause customer...
Read moreI would recommend not gettin the membership. We love the place to jump, but we had an issue today. We have been platinum members for two years, paid over 30 dollars a month for these two years and only went a handful of times.Their payment did not go through a couple months ago due to bank issues. (We had money in our account, so it was not our fault) and we had no idea. They sent us nothing telling us about this. Today we went to jump and they wanted to charge us for 3 months payments (over 120$) or start a new membership that costs another 75$ plus 30 a month. We have given them over 720$ to go a few times and as soon as there was a problem (that was not even our fault) they would not continue our membership without charging 75$ for one time again. She did say they would "continue our platinum membership " if we paid 75$ today. For long time customers this is ridiculous. You cant see that we have already paid over 700 bucks for a few days that we came, and you wont fix the issue? No thanks! We will spend our 320$ a year somewhere else. Added: This reply is simply untrue. We have not been there 12 times. We also checked emails and messages, and there were none from you. This is why I would not recommend getting a membership. I paid for a buddy pass as I needed to get it pulled up so I can show her proof and agreed to come back the next day to show it. I came back today and was there at 9:45 so I waited in the parking lot until 10 since that is what time the business opens. As soon as I show her that there is a 30$ charge for my 3 memberships she starts with an attitude immediately as she doesn’t want to refund me the buddy passes from the night prior. Tells me I cannot be refunded until I email it to her so she can do whatever I told her no bc that wasn’t the agreement she then huffs and puffs and gives me my refund and says “we will not be allowed to jump until they figure out the issue” I don’t understand how that is on me as I have it drafted off my card monthly and have shown proof.
