Very disappointed in the service we got tonight. 12/2/18 We went in for dinner and ordered dine-in. I got a traditional wings and things combo and my man got a cajun club meal. When I asked for an extra zax sauce the cashier (Hispanic female), told us they were all out of zax sauce... I had ordered extra. She asks me what I'd like in place of it pushing for extra ranch numerous times even though I said I didn't want to just dip my tenders in ranch. Zax sauce is what I prefer, but I ask her to list what they do have so she does. I pick bbq to which she replies 'oh we don't have that either', (even though she listed it) so I instead ask them to just toss them in the sweet and spicy (again I get a we don't have that either response, so she says so do you just want ranch? I reply again with no feeling rushed at this point and just ask them to give me a side of nuclear sauce since they have nothing I'm asking for. She charges me for it. Fine. I'm used to that despite the fact that it's been 3 sauces now and they are all out of everything. I tell the gentleman next to her well if I'm having to just get nuclear sauce for my tenders I WOULD ACTUALLY like an extra ranch if they could hook me up with one. He nods his head. When our food is ready it comes to the table with only one ranch and my nuclear sauce so I go up to the counter to ask them for it and they all act like it's the biggest deal ever. One employee yells to the back "she didn't get her extra ranch", I hear someone murmur something and the employee responds "well she says she didn't get it", then our original cashier chimes in "she didn't pay for it" in such a nasty tone so at this point my nice meter is gone and I yell out loud "I shouldn't have to pay for it... Especially when y'all don't have half the sauces on the expletive menu!" at that point everyone just drops their heads and they hand me a ranch. I'm literally disgusted at the lack of customer service. You're really gonna cause a ruckus over one ranch after not having menu items? Which isn't the customers fault either. It was horrible. Not to mention as a former food service manager and someone who has worked in customer service they didn't even apologize once for any inconvenience. Just a whatever we don't have it attitude. Also don't plan on enjoying your meal sitting in there either because everytime they announce order numbers on the intercom it is so loud and obnoxious. Drive thru would be better. But we won't be...
Read moreI wasn't going to write a review, but after hearing from an acquaintance about their experience at this location, I need to share my own with this "fine dining" restaurant. I am a former employee of this location but decided to quit because the GM was a pompous creep, for a lack of a better term. However, I live in the same city and my son wanted a Big Zack Snack, so I ordered thru the Zaxby's app. When I received my order, several items were missing. I contacted DoorDash, and they informed me that because I used the Zaxby's app, I need to contact them for a replacement and or refund. I called the location and spoke to their female AGM-who is currently with child- and told her what DoorDash Customer Service told me. She told me that I could come in and get a replacement. I give her my name and she locats my order. When I arrive several days later (I work long hours during the week), she goes to the back for a few moments to speak to the GM, Ian. She returns a few moments later and informs me that she is unable to do the replacement meal, and I would need to contact DoorDash. Again, I explained this to her because I saw what was really going on. Unable to fulfill their promise, I politely told her that it was ok and left. My older brother was kind enough to spend his hard earned money at the same location and replace my entire meal.
In conclusion, the GM sets a terrible example for his employees and is very unprofessional and entitled to think that I owe him any type of attention just because I am a woman. I will never support this location again, and I would like to be contacted by the District manager if...

I went to zaxbys last night got home sat down to eat it a roach crawled out from under my food so I tried to call the store...nope they were closed. So I just called and spoke to the manager she told me"I know what you said but I haven't seen a bug in here since I took over the store sweetie my store is clean. She asked if I called last night I told her I did it was about 9:50, I got a vm so I figured the store was closed. THIS WOMAN tells m "no we don't have a vm And the store doesn't close untill 10pm" oooook still no one answerd. I explained to her again that the roach crawled from under my food it wasn't in the bag or outside of the bag. It was In my food. I didn't say they had an infestation it was one rouge roach no big deal just refund my money. She told me I could bring my receipt and get "more" food. At this point I know I'm dealing with ignorance so I ask for the customer service number . She tells me there IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER. Yes you read that correctly. She's still telling me to come get "more" food as if I ate the food I had last night after the roach crawled all over it! I just said ok thank you.
