Read moreWhile normally I return to a location that messes up my order this badly, in this case I will not. They will honestly never get my business again without major overhaul of their management and customer relations. Had I done my research I never would have come to this location to begin with, the reviews are horrifying and I honestly can see why. Aside from the picture of dirty tables floors and chairs that I had posted a few years ago(the last time I came here apparently), today while going through the drive thru, the manager decided she wanted to chime in while my passager and I were deciding what we wanted. I do acknowledge that there was 1 car behind us, but we had only been at the very loud speaker for about 15 seconds before she decided we were taking too long to order. Her outburst of "Are you ready NOW?!?" Was not only rude and uncalled for, but disturbing because the outside speaker is either very loud, or she was actually yelling into her mic. My orders were simple a #8 with lemonade & a nacho fries, and a #9 with a soft taco rather than a hard taco. The young lady who initially greeted us was polite and face pleaded for forgiveness when we pulled up to the window, but her manager came from behind and soured the already annoying experience by snatching the bag of food from her and thrusting it out the window saying "HERE" in a guttural, impatiently aggressive voice. I left as quickly as I could, ignoring the fact that tissues were literally thrown into my car, so I could take my friend home and get relaxed. The straw that broke the camel's back in this instance is that when we arrived at our destination, after zigging and zagging around the St. Patty's day celebrations, my crunchwrap was not crunchy, and while I appreciate the effort in meeting my "Soft Taco" request, I meant for it to be an actual soft taco. Not a soggy, barely holding it together hard taco. The #8 order was perfect, 3 hard, crunchy tacos. How long were the soggy crunchwrap and the soggy hard taco sitting around before I pulled up? And why not make my order fresh rather than give me this poor excuse for bare minimum effort? Who do I need to speak to to get my order fixed? Because like many of the other commentators, I dont have confidence in this location to fix itself any time soon. I guess that's why it took me years to return to this location. I guess it should be years...
Read moreIf you're any type of delivery driver or just hungry people wanting some food that isn't a single item after dark, expect a lot of attitude from the young man in the glasses at the drive-thru, and when he brings you the food, as if you somehow offended his ancestors by coming to a restaurant that is listed, on Google Maps and delivery apps, as open. It's not a good look, and his unprofessional attitude with the people he serves is disgusting.
We pulled up, told him we had a mobile order, and the boy sighed like it was an issue to serve us at all. Look, I know it's a bigger order, but you are at WORK, and you work in customer service. Leave your nasty attitude at the door.
I know it's a lot to keep up with mobile orders, the drive-thru, and couriers... but your attitude isn't appreciated at all. I ordered at 12:44am. Paid. Their parking lot is full of people waiting on the maybe three people they have inside to decide they need to earn money and not just goof off. Received the food about 1:00am. Just a fraction faster than usual.
Oh, and that nasty attitude means the grilled items we got were extra dark. Extremely petty and childish behavior. Most adults don't have the time or patience to deal with trifling children, especially when they are hungry.
Your management is terrible if you let these ignorant children run the business into the ground on the dime of the people way above your pay grade. Your employees need training or need to be traded for employees who will do their jobs.
Plus, the fact that they don't have enough people to handle the volume of orders is really telling... You need more people who want to work, working for the volume they receive. This night shift being a skeleton crew is ridiculous, toward the customer, toward the business, and it's probably why you have employees that don't care at all about how they treat...
