I am extremely dissatisfied with the service! If I can give it zero reviews, I would! I literally called them an hour before they close and I asked them if I had enough time to put in order for delivery. They told me yes and it would be about 45 minutes. I spent over $50 ‼️by card 45 minutes later, my husband called the restaurant because we have not received our food. Mind you, we ordered from them hours earlier, and they mistakenly went to another house. However, the driver did his due diligence and called us and we directed him to our house. So for our second time in the same day! To order food from them again obviously we like the quality of the food, however, this go around they delivered it to the same incorrect house again. And this time the people took our food‼️‼️. We never received the call saying that they would be late so we called back a second time and asked where food was. The woman screamed in my husband‘s face and said we close and there’s nothing we can do about it. We can work on the reimbursement at another time. her attitude was completely disgusting ‼️Now my husband and I and my children went without food because they did an incorrect delivery. And did nothing to fix the situation . I hope to get our money back tomorrow. If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I called in an order for delivery and ordered the lunch special with sesame chicken and shrimp fried rice, a few other things as well. I explained clearly to the person over the phone taking my order what I wanted as so he repeated to me over the phone. I receive my food and open it up and see that there is no sesame chicken and only shrimp fried rice, so I called the restaurant trying to get a refund or trying to exchange it. The same man answers the phone and proceeds to call me a liar when I said I order the sesame chicken and says they don’t deliver to over 12 miles but on their website they claim they deliver to my address, the man also said they don’t have time to come and fix my order that they messed up in the first place. I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while. Food was really good. Place is pretty small inside but has a lot of greenery and nice aesthetic. Service was excellent, food came in 10 minutes maximum and everything was fresh and hot. Green tea was just brewed (comes in pot) and piping hot. Egg rolls were crispy and had plump juicy shrimp inside. Chicken and broccoli perfectly cooked and veggies fresh. Sweet and sour pork was a little overcooked, but with the varying size of pieces it’s understandable (we’ve found it a rarity for it to be perfectly cooked).
