The service there is horrible I went there this morning waited for like 3 minutes then when I went to order Kayla said could I repeat my order so I spoke up then she tell me to tone down my voice so I went a little lower with my voice and she heard it why couldn’t she hear me the first time and bri adams made my peppermint mocha with only hot water and peppermint so after I left the drive thru and called to speak to manager Alyssa wouldn’t let me talk and told me to hold on she spoke with the employee she comes back to the phone and says not to come back and says we ask that you don’t come back so after I got off of work I spoke with Jesse the store manager about what happened this morning and the reason why they said not to come back so I could call Starbucks customer service he hung the phone up on me people think that’s professional of a store manager and the district manager said that he believes his employees and the regional manager never called me back so I guess bri adams can do whatever...
Read moreStopped at this location on my way to work around 8:30. When I got to the drive thru, there were two cars in front of me. It seemed like the first car took a while but I figured they ordered a lot of items and that was the reason for the extended time. Once I got to the speaker I wasn't greeted, I figured that seemed completely out of s.o.p for Starbucks and gave it a minute, so as not to be annoying or rude to whoever was on the other end of the speaker. After a good 5-7 minutes, I realized there was no one inside the store. There was a line of cars behind me going around the building out to the main road, and not one single sign informing customers that they were closed. How ridiculously irresponsible and unprofessional. I was very disappointed as I'm sure everyone else in line was. Read moreI visit this location frequently and always ask for the same thing but because I did not say word for word of what was on the "menu" a barista I have never seen before took it personal I guess because she let me know real quick with her tone that not everybody knows it by that name and that wasn't on the menu. Okay sorry you are that offended over coffee. I have been told by the workers themselves to just say it and they will know what it means and I've been saying it the same way for months never had a problem but the way she acted was just rude, ignorant and uncalled for. If you don't like your job then find something else but don't forget that you represent a company when you put that uniform on and if not for customers you would not have a job so remember that the next time you think you can just come at people any kind of way.
