Dear Wendy,
I regret to inform you that it's time we go on a break from each other. Our lunch date today left much to be desired. You had an excellent first impression. I was greeted promptly and politely. I placed my order just a simple 444. We bantered a bit about my preferences (I really thought you understood me.) I pull up and pay and my food is waiting for me before I can even make it to the next window. I leave quite impressed thinking that's faster than taco Bell pressuring me into placing an order the millisecond I pull up. However... I pull into the street and slip a fry into my mouth. Expecting hot crunchy deliciousness. I instead get cold mushy bleh. I think it's prob a fluke so I try a couple more. Then decide only an insane person keeps doing the same thing expecting different results. 4 fries into my meal I'm glad I didn't upgrade to a medium or large. Back to work a few mins after the fry experience and quite honestly a little excited for my lunch. I pull out my nuggets and chicken sandwich and then .... Nothing. No sauce even after all our banter about what flavor I like and how many I'd like. I get nothing. No ketchup for my cold soggy fries and no BBQ for my nugs. There are two silver linings though. 1. My nuggets were hot and 2. Looking at the wrapping on my chicken sandwich it looks huge. Way bigger than I remember. With all the excitement a fat hungry man can offer I unwrap my chicken sandwich. I immediately understood why it looked so large. Once unwrapped the individual components of the sandwich looked like a Venn diagram with maybe a 20% overlap. Cmon guys if I wanted to reassemble my meal I'd just go to McDonald's. The one thing that was actually done right was my drink...
I appreciate how fast the service was but personally I'd rather wait just a bit longer to actually get...

If you happen to like Wendy's burgers/food, you aren't going to be disappointed here I think. It's a 'good' Wendy's in terms of replicating the tastes you expect and crave.
Service...well, it seems pretty slow here at this location. I've been there maybe 4-5 times in the past few months, always seems to be 'busy', but more like they are understaffed or something. I did have a day where I ordered mobile, went in store to pick up from counter, and ended up waiting a total of 16 minutes from when the order was placed until food hit the counter for me to pick up, just a little longer than 'fast food' should be.
Do NOT go here around lunch time unless you want a long wait: Wendy's seems to be a favorite hang out/lunch spot for the local Jr High and High School students in the area, I walked in one day to find a good 40 kids in various groups all waiting to order. Walked across the street to McDonald's instead, no wait.
This Wendy's DOES honor mobile special orders and does NOT charge for most add ons via the mobile app, so you can get extra tomatoes, pickles, lettuce, sauces, cheese, etc without being charged for...
Read morethe Wendy's right of the freeway in Cedar has gone down in service. i took my family there to try to feed them lunch. we were in line to order and the worker said you had to kiosk to make the order. we had to get out of line and use the kiosk and it wouldn't go through. we got back and line and when we got to the front of the line she said qe had to order on the kiosk. we told her it wasn't working and asked if she would take the order she said no and said to try the other kiosk. we did and when the other kiosk rejected our order we showed her the payment was going through but that it rejected the order again. she wasn't happy we showed it to her abd she said it will be while because they were busy. i told her we have waited twice in- line abs didn't want to wiait again to be told to go to another kiosk. She ignored us and went somewhere. we walked across the street to Burger King. This isn't the first tme with order problems at this Wendy's. i woukd not reccomend this Wendy's if you are planning on ordering and...
