went through the drive through and had horrible customer service. I ordered three things one being in a small dish. When i got to the window they handed me a baby size. Did not see it as a problem and just asked if i got charged for the wrong size. they said i was charged for a baby even though i said small and the nice girl at the window offered to make a new one in the correct size. Then this other young girl came to the window and told me “ if you wanted a small you need to say that”. Appalled by the attitude, I responded saying that i in fact said a small when ordering and I apologized that it wasn’t heard correctly. She then went on to say that she was the one to take my order and i didn’t not say a small and not to do this again. I am very disappointed in this service as I usually have a very pleasant experience at this location. With that said I believe some customer service training needs to be implemented to fix the awful attitude that this young lady had. I had been told that this was the best place to get ice-cream in Cedarfalls/Waterloo, that it was homemade and amazing.

The Verdict. Strike One: Not homemade as admitted by the guy running the register (I could live with that it if was still good) Strike Two: Charged $5 for a cosmic brownie split in half and a scoop of ice-cream and cheap whip cream. (You're kidding me right?) Strike Three: The "ice-cream" was more like warm milk as it melted within seconds of it being handed to us. (Wow) Strike Four: The ice-cream barely had flavor and tasted slighty sour as if it was going bad. (This is the best that Cedarfalls/Waterloo can offer?)

Conclusion?: Colossal waste of $8 and we will never be going again.

Love this establishments ice cream; however, service here is horrible. Their staff is so rude. They never smile, never greet you nicely, and always make you feel like a burden for ordering. When I go to 4 queens I can always count on their staff being rude. On the weekends it’s always fairly busy therefore the line is always long. That being said we got there 20 minutes before closing and went to order in the lobby, but the door was locked already. Went to the drive through and waited 15-20 minutes in the drive through line just to be turned away. If a businesses hours are till 10PM then make them till 10PM. If you want to close your lobby early make an announcement for that or at least get through the line of people that have been waiting. I get that it’s 10PM, but serve...
