Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Cedar Falls

Ordered a Philly Cheese Steak Specialty Pizza set for pickup had great friendly service we had gotten to there location slightly early we then chose to wait in our vehicle for the couple of minutes. Had such great service that at the moment I stepped from vehicle to grab the pizza a different very friendly employee was coming out of the doors in order to bring to our vehicle such amazing service kind of extremely close to the best I have received from a food establishment ever!

Although that is what makes me wish that I could have ability to allow myself to give any rating at all higher then the one star minimum requirement for the fact that in the end unfortunately the excellent quality of service has absolutely nothing positive for business if the quality of main menu item lacked entirely so much so made me instantaneously just nauseous (I had never imagined possibility of PIZZA / Pure angeny/ to the one slice that I choke down I didn't want to upset my daughter as well as leading proper example of: Waste not Want Not morality I've always been firm about! I don't think that a Philly Cheese steak pizza is supposed to consist of basically only not even close to being cooked onions I am a few tiny "green" specks " hopefully were green pepper because I definitely didn't see any "brown specks" any kind appearance of anything other than very nasty over powering onions my stomach is still extremely upset! Heck the amount of time my daughter has spent warming the porcelain God's Throne she barely started on her second slice before her first seat warming session started at which time experience went quickly from just a bit ridiculous to the totally unexceptable. The line making me cross off any chance in hell that I would make anykind of purchase of from any of the Papa John's Franchise locations ever again when my childs health got affected TOTALLY UNEXCEPTABLE!!! TLDR; Overpriced. Unsanitary employees.

I called in an order for a large pepperoni pizza a week ago. They told me it would be about $16. When I got there, I noticed an advertisement for a much more elaborate pizza (also a large) for $12.

I was very pleased to see that I'd be overpaying for this simple pizza and did not at all regret ordering here at this point.

I walked inside, during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic (with the CF/Waterloo area peaking the charts for new cases), and was excited to see everyone wearing chin diapers. Some of them moved their chin diapers over their mouths, while several didn't care enough to try.

I normally love Papa John's Pizza, but I am so disappointed with them. I ordered pizza Christmas Eve night. I live an hour away and was in town and ordered. They took my payment and information and stated it'd be ready in 10-20 minutes. I arrived 15 minutes after the call and 3 people were there and said they were closed. I stated I ordered pizza a few minutes ago. They stated that the local number I called was they're answering service and that they would take orders all day long and are not legit.
