Subway — Restaurant in Cedar Falls

First off great experience here. They always make my food in the right order and with the right sauce. I’m able to give it to them quickly and they always have it done in under a minute. I love subway if u can’t tell! All the employees smile and are polite. They offer a drink and chips. I usually just get a water cups. This is a typical meal for me after a gym session so I might be considered a regular. Idk I go maybe once every two to three weeks. I’d recommend the chicken teriyaki with Italian herb and cheese bread toasted with jalapeños and sweet union sauce. Careful tho it’s a little messy to eat! I wouldn’t recommend the cookie footlong. The food is standard Subway. The staff is friendly. But when I encountered an issue that needed to be addressed immediately the owner was a MAJOR sarcastic d-bag about it. I quietly and non disruptively alerted the staff and also contacted Subway corporate about the issue that I found. The owner accused me of contacting the department of Health, which I didn't (sorry bud, that was somebody else). the employee that made my sandwich was a male with very long hair not pulled back at all. sat there for 3 minutes for him to cut the bread for my sandwich putting little to no cheese then barely put any topping on my food. my friends toppings were completely hanging out of his sandwich with mayo everywhere ruining it. then proceeded to take off his gloves. grab a cookie bag, stick his hand into it and then get the cookies...
