From the moment I pulled up, I could tell this wasn’t your average snowball stand — this place brings the true heart and soul of the Crescent City, right down to the flavors, the atmosphere, and the people.

The snowballs? Absolutely phenomenal. Rich, bold flavors, ultra-soft ice, and that perfect syrup-to-ice ratio you can only get when someone really knows what they’re doing. It immediately reminded me of the classics I grew up on — Pandora’s and Rodney’s in New Orleans — and that’s no small compliment. They even have stuffed snowballs, which are incredibly hard to find in North Texas. These are done right: creamy, flavorful centers wrapped in smooth, flavored ice, made with real care.

Beyond the snowballs, they offer up nachos with melted cheese and peppers, giving you just the right salty-savory balance to all that sweet. It’s the kind of snack combo that makes you want to sit back, relax, and stay a while.

First time going. Multiple orders placed.

Pros: tasty product. Everyone enjoyed what they ate. Server was nice and friendly. Short list of pros, but they are important overall.

Cons: *Took a LONG time to get what seems like a pretty simple item. *Two out of three orders were completely wrong, Everything was mixed up. Rather than be wasteful and start over we just ate what we were given and no complaints on taste, just not what we asked for. *The mosquitos were just god awful. Positively eaten alive sitting on the deck. *would be cool if shades could be created to block the evening sun so the patio could be enjoyed. *one order was so sauced it absolutely flowed over the edge of the container creating a messy disaster.
