Burger King — Restaurant in Cedar Park

I visited this location yesterday for lunch and when I entered the front door, I had to seriously work hard to even OPEN the door! It is in serious need of repair. I walked in and stood at the front waiting to be served. There was one woman, dark hair, working on a togo order and another older woman wiping down the condiment/soda machine area. I stood there at least 3 minutes without ever being acknowledged. When the older woman finally finished wiping down the condiment area, she looked up at me and asked if I had placed my order. I said 'no, in fact no one even noticed I was even here.' The older woman looked over at the woman behind the counter and told her that I needed assistance, at which point the woman behind the counter FINALLY turned around to look at me. The look she gave me was one of disdain. She never said a single word to me. In fact, after looking at me, she turned back to me and continued moving around some items under the heat lamp. It was at this point, about 5 minutes from when I came in, that I decided to leave. I will never go back to this place again. So let me share something with whoever reads this post. Excellent customer service is how you get and keep returning patrons to any establishment. I hope management takes note of this and makes the necessary changes to improve...

I am used to slow service here, but son really wanted to go. This time was worse! Took 11 mins just to take my order, and only because people in front of me left because they got tired of waiting. This was not rush hour, but 3 pm. Only had 3 people working, manager, cook, line. Now I understand being short staffed, but that just means you have to work a little harder. Not this group! They moved like pond water, with no sence of purpose!!! Finally get my order after another 7 minutes, small order at that, and stand there waiting another 4 minutes because they didn't give the juice that goes with kids meal, nor any sauce for his nuggets. Now off to find a place to sit. Everywhere a mess, and cleared and wiped off own table as always! Onion rings on the edge of burnt. This location is in a great location for business, and after several years, they still can't get it right. I HATE going here, but it is the only 1 for MANY miles! I think they know that, and won't change, because people just tolerate it to get...

So, I just came from this Burger King. It was my first time here! And this Caucasian, bigger woman served me my food. There are three things I disliked about her service: 1. When I asked for the price of my order, after she took off the lettuce and tomatoes, which made it cost more, she had told me she would tell me the new price at the window. Why wouldn't she tell me the new price at the intercom? 2. I had asked her to please be nicer to me, and she stated to me she was being nice to me. I had told her, "No you are not," It is not nice that she couldn't tell me the new price at the intercom. Then she slammed the window in my face. 3. I didn't receive an apology. An apology would have been nice. But I thank her for offering me extra mayo though! The burgers were bíen! I hope the manager of this BK establishment reads this review so he can discipline and train her to be more nicer and professional to customers. Otherwise, I will not be returning...
