I would have given 500 stars but I was only allowed 5!!!!!! I had purchased a ring for my anniversary with my wife through another online vendor. After 5 shipping delays, being billed twice, ruining our anniversary and my wife's faith in me, I had to take a day off work to sign for it when it di ally arrived 4 weeks late. I opened the box and there was NO RING TO BE FOUND!!! Furthermore, after the second charge from the original vendor, my account went into the negatives. I had shopped at Whitestone before and had no idea what to do or how so I decided to stop in (despite most products were out of my budget) and........WOOOOWWWW!!!!!!! First off, they remembered my name from the last 2 times I was in browsing, they (and I mean THEY because I had the full undivided attention of 2 separate associates) LISTENED to me first and foremost and were very sympathetic, apologetic for my misfortune, and sincerely cared. They asked me about the original ring I had ordered to which they committed to NOT ONLY beating their price by almost $300, but also did so with a larger karat center stone, a white gold setting of higher quality, gave me a time frame of when the stones would arrive as well as the ring setting, how long it would take to size and set it AND IF THAT WASN'T ENOUGH called me every step of the way just to check in!!!!! Not a single associate there was pushy or tried to upsell me, everyone was the most polite, kind, professional and sincere individuals I have EVER encountered in customer service and I am a retail manager!!!! As if things couldn't have been any more mind blowing, my ring was finished in less than a week, was bigger and better quality and was done a day early!!!!!!! I could not be any more pleased with my experience and can not speak enough praise to Katie Carr who spearheaded this project as well Mark Greer who got the ball rolling as well as George for hiring such top notch absolutely incredible human beings who genuinely care about the customers needs...from the smallest services to the 6 figure purchases!!! This establishment is flat out AMAZING and could not be more impressed, proud and thrilled to make the decision to seek their help. In my own personal opinion there is only one FINE jeweler in the Austin area as rest assured there is NOBODY that can even come close to outperforming Whitestone Fine Jewelers so don't even bother looking.....OUTSTANDING...

Where do I even start? I was looking for a jewelry store on Google and realized I’ve driven by Whitestone a million times but never stopped in. The second I walked in, Sean greeted me right away and all the employees actually smiled at me. Not the usual “we’re doing you a favor by letting you shop here” vibe you get at a lot of fine jewelry stores.

Sean introduced himself, didn’t hover, and we ended up in a great conversation while I browsed. He is not only so friendly, but he’s so much fun. The inventory? Immaculate. Unique, beautiful pieces you’re not going to see everywhere else. Mark, the manager, joined in too, and instead of just nodding at everything I liked and saying “yes, that’s the one,” both Sean and Mark actually paid attention to my style and showed me pieces that fit perfectly. When I asked their opinions, they were honest and explained why.

I met Emilio, one of the jewelers, when I bought a diamond bracelet that needed resizing. Instead of just handing me the leftover diamonds in a baggie, he came up with the genius idea of turning them into a necklace. The guy clearly knows his stuff.

They also offered me a drink right away, and the whole vibe of the store is warm and welcoming. It’s professional but never stiff, and you actually feel comfortable shopping, which is rare in this kind of setting.

The next day I came back and bought a stunning rolly. That’s when I met George, the owner. He’s down-to-earth, fun, and clearly cares about his business and his people. Then I got to meet Chelsea and Kristina, and suddenly it felt like I was hanging out with friends instead of shopping. At this point, I honestly can’t even recommend asking for just one person when you go in, because every single person I met was equally amazing.

My only regret is not finding Whitestone sooner. Sean even followed up with a sweet text thanking me, and I got updates on my custom pieces. Once you walk in, you’ll see what I mean. They’re transparent, professional, and the quality is on another level.

Safe to say, they’ve got a forever customer in me. I’ll post photos once I pick everything up. Huge thanks to the whole team for making my day and officially ruining all other jewelry...

I recently visited Whitestone Fine Jewelry in Cedar Park, Texas, after seeing their TV commercials for years. I had a few used Rolex watches I was looking to sell or trade, and I’m so glad I finally stopped in. From the moment I walked through the door, the staff made me feel completely welcome. Their professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness were apparent right away. They took the time to carefully evaluate each watch and gave me a clear and fair assessment with zero pressure.

One of my watches—a 1978 Rolex Oysterquartz—wasn’t working, and I hadn’t even known Rolex made a battery-powered model. Marc, who was incredibly helpful and personable, offered to replace the battery for free, saying he was “just curious” to see if it would run or require further service. That kind of curiosity, generosity, and genuine interest in what he does really stood out and speaks volumes about the culture at Whitestone.

I told Marc I’d return on Saturday to look more seriously at rings. My wife and I are celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary this July 1st, and we wanted to mark the occasion by updating our rings. We ended up coming back a day early—on Friday around lunchtime—and had the absolute pleasure of working with LuLu. She was nothing short of outstanding.

LuLu took her time, listened carefully to what we were envisioning, and guided us through the process with incredible patience and expertise. She helped my wife select a radiant-cut diamond set in rose gold, flanked by elegant baguettes. I chose a black tungsten band with subtle sapphire flakes. Both rings are breathtaking—we were blown away by how perfect they turned out.

From beginning to end, our experience at Whitestone Fine Jewelry exceeded every expectation. Their entire team radiates warmth, honesty, and true craftsmanship.
